In this masterclass, presented at the Global HR Summit on 5th June 2024, Luan Wise explored the essential features of social media platforms that support talent acquisition, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter) and TikTok.
3. Brand is the name of the company under
which the product will be manufactured. Brand
name has to be in proper case
Format it can be in upper case only when it is
an acronym such as LG, HP etc.
Style Code: This is the Style code provided by the
Brand Style Code is the unique code, can be
alphanumeric, numerals etc., given to a
particular product.
Brand Size refers to the size or size related code mentioned
by the manufacturer on the product. The value can be
filled as an alphabet representing size, such as S for Small,
M for Medium, L for Large, etc. The value can also be filled
as a number, such as 50, 55, etc. Or the value can be filled
as a numeric range, such as 47 - 55, 56 - 58, 59 - 65, etc.
Possible values are S, M, L, XL, One Size Fits All, 50, 55, 61,
47 - 55, 56 - 58, 59 - 65, etc.
4. Group ID is the unique code which is common for color
and size variants of the same design. It can be
alphanumeric and is given to a particular product that
specifies the exact design of the product.
It is usually derived from Style Code. For example:
Style Code is JCCHH1141A3, Brand Color will be 1A3 and
Group ID will be JCCHH114.
Type refers to the classification of the product based
on its style, design and construction.
5. Purpose: It’s the main intention of wearing the
Sunglass. The list is provided in the Index sheet
As shown below.
6. Lens color: The color of the lens or glass here
The same has to be selected from the list in the
Index sheet
7. Brand Color refers to the color or color related code
mentioned by the Brand on the product tag/label.
Note that there is no restriction for the Brand Color
As it is a free text and the colors can be described as
Creatively as one can.
8. Frame refers to the amount of closure by the frame
that has been provided around the lens of the product.
The list is provided in the Index sheet,
9. Frame Color refers to the product's frame color.
Possible values are Brown, Red, Gold, Steel, etc.
Color: It is the color of the product. As it states
multivalue, here we can add more than one values
Eg; Blue::Yellow ,
The values need to be separated by “::” only ie colon.
If there are more than three colors then the
color should be mentioned as “Multicolor”
10. Gradient refers to the shading pattern from dark to
light provided on the lens of the product,
as protection against sun glare.
11. Size refers to the standard size used for sunglasses.
Possible values are Small, Medium and Large.
Please note that Small fits small face shapes,
Medium fits medium face shapes and Large fits
large face shapes.
12. Ideal For refers to which gender the product
would be most suitable for.
The list is provided in the index sheet.
13. UV Protection refers to the amount of UV protection
that the product provides.
Possible values are 98%, 100%, etc.
Mirrored refers to whether the product comes with
mirrored lenses or not. Possible values are Yes or No.
Polarized refers to whether or not the product is
polarized. Possible values are Yes or No.
14. Sales Package gives the information of all the contents
that are sold in the package. Please specify the package
information along with the number of each content
mentioned before the name.
Data should be double colon (::) seperated.
For instance, the Sales Package of a sunglass will most
likely consist of
1 Sunglass::Case::Cleaning cloth.
Secondary Type refers to the secondary style or look that
the product can be identified with apart from its dominant
primary type. A sunglass might be a combination of
different styles or types where a particular type is
dominant and another type is secondary.
Please note that Type and Secondary Type cannot be the
same.
16. Model Name is the identity of the product that helps in
distinguishing it from other products. Possible values
are Queensberry Street, Retro Mirror, etc.
Collection refers to the range or set of a given product
identified by a common name.
Size in Number refers to the size of the product
represented in a numeric format. When values are
provided only as a range, then the outer limit has to
be taken here. Possible values are 50, 55, 61, etc.
17. Minimum Range refers to the lower value of the numeric
size range that represents the product. If a product size
is 50, It will fall under the size range 47 - 55.
Thereby the lower value that should be given is 47.
Possible values are 47, 56, 59, etc.
Maximum Range refers to the higher value of the
numeric size range that represents the product.
If a product size is 50, It will fall under the size range
47 - 55. Thereby the higher value that should be given
is 55. Possible values are 55, 58, 65, etc.
18. Face Type refers to the type of face structure that the
pair of sunglasses would be suitable for.
Possible values are Oval, Square, Heart, Round, which is
Mentioned in the Index sheet.
19. Pattern refers to a repeated decorative sketch that is
printed or engraved on the frame of the product.
Possible values are Shaded, Solid Color,
Animal Print - Leopard, Stripes, Floral, etc.
Design refers to the drawing/sketch/designs/accents
on the product by means of printing, embellishments,
metal decorative attachments, diamantes, leather work,
etc. Possible values are Metal Gold Logo Design on Arms,
Metal Brackets on Sides, Rose-gold Ends for the
Arms of the Sunglasses, etc.
Nose-bridge Type refers to the type of nose-bridge that
the product comes with. Possible values are
Low Nose-bridge, Medium Nose-bridge,
High Nose-bridge, etc.
20. Lens Material refers to the substance used to make the
lens of a particular product.
Possible values are Glass, Plastic, Fiberglass, etc.
Frame Material refers to the substance used to make the
frame of a particular product.
Possible values are Nylon, Metal, Metal Alloy,
Magnesium Alloy, Tortoise Shell, Titanium, Acetate,
100% Acetate, etc.
Bridge Material refers to the substance used to make the
bridge of a particular product.
Possible values are Rubber, Plastic, etc.
21. Case Type refers to the type of case based on its
form/structure, that the product comes with.
Possible values are Drawstring Vinyl Case, Metal Hard Case,
Canvas Zippered Case, Leatherette Hard Case, Honeycomb
Zippered Hard Case, etc.
HD Vision refers to whether the product comes with
HD vision or not. Possible values are Yes or No.
Attachable Shutters refers to whether the product comes
with additional attachable shutters or not.
Possible values are Yes or No.
22. Prescription Correction refers to the type of corrective
features that the product comes with.
Possible values are Near-sightedness, Far-sightedness, etc.
Horizontal Width refers to the horizontal breadth,
broadness or wideness of one lens of the product.
Horizontal Width - Measuring Unit refers to the unit used
to measure the horizontal width of the product.
Units should be filled only in singular form.
Please fill the unit only in 'mm'.
23. Frame Arm Length refers to the measurement of
length of product's frame arm.
Frame Arm Length - Measuring Unit refers to
the unit used to measure the frame arm length
of the product. Units should be filled only in
singular form. Please fill the unit only in 'mm'.
Bridge Size refers to the horizontal breadth,
broadness or wideness of the nose-bridge
of the product.
24. Bridge Size - Measuring Unit refers to the unit used to
measure the bridge size of the product. Units should be
filled only in singular form. Please fill the unit only in
'mm'.
Vertical Size refers to the vertical measurement
from top to base or head to foot of one lens of
the product.

25. Weight refers to the weight of the product only,
without packaging.
Weight - Measuring Unit refers to the unit used to
