This research determined the over all performance of the Senior High School teachers in relation to their motivational factors. This study used a descriptive research The respondents were the teachers of the Senior High School Department who rendered minimum of 2 years of service were being surveyed. A modified teacher's evaluation instrument was used. The results were validated using the following statistical tools Percentage, Weighted Mean and the Analysis of Variance. Results of the study show that there is a significant relationship between the motivational factors and the teaching performance of teachers. A successful educational system requires a high quality teaching staff. It is well known that for the proper education in the country, high quality teachers are a primary necessity.
At present there are 82 public and private universities in Bangladesh. The numbers of public universities are 31 while private universities are 51. The first public university is The University of Dhaka, established in 1921. The establishment of private university is relatively a new phenomenon in this country. In early 1990s, private sector came forward to establish universities. Since then country experienced a spectacular growth in private universities– they were mostly in and around Dhaka.

Abstract: The main purpose of this study was to analyse determinants of effective quality management. The specific objectives were to determine the effect of training on effective service delivery in public schools in West Pokot County, to determine the effect of leadership style on effective service delivery in public schools in West Pokot County, to evaluate the effect of employee remuneration on effective service delivery in public schools in West Pokot County and to determine the effect of employee motivation on effective service delivery in public schools in West Pokot County. The study adopted descriptive survey design to test the hypotheses. The target population for this study was 101 public primary schools. A sample of 28public schools was drawn from the population using stratified random sampling technique. A questionnaire and direct interview tools were used to gather data. Data collected was analysed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The study findings revealed that there was a significant relationship between training, employee remuneration, leadership style and employee motivation, and service delivery in public primary schools. The study is significant to the head teachers, educational officers and government who appreciate and understand the determinants of service delivery in public schools in West Pokot County.
Influence of Inspirational Motivation on Teachers’ Job Commitment in Public P...inventionjournals
The purpose of this study was to establish the influence of inspirational motivation on teachers’ job commitment in public primary schools in Matinyani Sub County, Kitui County, Kenya. One research objective guided the study. The study employed descriptive survey design. The sample for the study was 25 head teachers and 169 teachers. Data was collected by use of questionnaires. Pearson product correlation coefficient was used to analyze the data. Findings revealed that there was a significant and positive relationship between inspirational motivation and teachers’ job commitment (r = .774, N = 160). Based on the findings, the study concluded that inspirational motivation increased teachers’ job commitment and thus head teachers should increase inspirational motivation which is a key to increasing teachers’ job commitment. The study suggested that comparable studies in other public primary schools should be carried out in other parts of the county to find out whether the findings can be generalized to the entire county. Secondly, since the study focused on one element of transformative leadership style, a study should be conducted to establish how other elements of transformational leadership styles influence teachers’ job commitment.

The cost of occupational stress has been very high in many organizations. Stress can undermine the achievement of goals, both for individuals and for organizations. Managers are in dilemma over what interventions need to be employed to minimize the cost associated with occupational stress on organizational performance. This study investigated the influence of occupational stress on performance of teachers in Nyeri South Sub-County, Nyeri County. This study employed descriptive survey research design. Data collection was undertaken using questionnaires which were issued to teachers and principals from 12 out of 34 schools. There was a total of 72 respondents, 12 were principals while the rest were other teachers. Stratified random sampling and simple random sampling was used to pick schools and teachers respectively. The data was analyzed using statistical packages for social sciences (SPSS). Descriptive statistics involving frequencies and percentages was used to explain the findings of the study. The study established that the teachers have many activities to carry out in the process of executing their main duty of teaching. These include preparing professional documents including: lesson plan, schemes of work, records of work and student progress record as well as administering, marking and analyzing examinations. In carrying out other duties other than teaching, some respondents indicated that they are not very comfortable, while others indicated that they are comfortable. Regarding interpersonal relationship majority felt that it was good but some indicated that it was bad and very bad in some cases. The study established that most of the resources were adequate or satisfactory but other resources were inadequate in some schools. Most respondents indicated that there were administrative factors that affect teachers negatively. Communication was either good or bad. The study also established that the academic performance of most of the schools in Nyeri south sub –county was average, with a few being above average while the rest were below average. The study specifically recommends that the government should ensure that they are enough teachers in schools to avoid work overload and that the various stakeholders should ensure that there are adequate resources to create a conducive environment. Team building and conflict resolution seminars and workshops should also be held to enhance good interpersonal relationships and those in administration should attend more seminars and workshops concerning administration including the principals, deputy principals and the heads of departments in the schools.
Workplace Spirituality in State Universities and Colleges: Its Relation to th...Dr. Amarjeet Singh
This study determined the relationship of workplace spirituality, work well-being, and job satisfaction among faculty members in state universities and colleges (SUCs) in Region XII, Philippines. The descriptive survey and correlational design were used employing quantitative data. The data were gathered through the questionnaire and administered to the 234 respondents. The gathered data were analyzed through frequency, percentage, weighted mean, and Pearson (r) Coefficient Correlation. The findings of the study revealed that faculty members agreed that their workplace spirituality has a “very high” positive correlation to work well-being (Ho₁). It was also found out that faculty members agreed that their workplace spirituality has a “very high” correlation to job satisfaction (Ho₂). Given the overall results, the study recommends sustaining the workplace spirituality of the faculty members to remain high in their work well-being and job satisfaction.

Summary of the PSEL standards.
Professional Standards for Educational Leaders refers to a guideline through which the educational leaders ought to follow when carrying on with their duties (Riveros & Wei, 2019). The first standard involves having a mission, vision and core values for the school. For effectiveness in educational leadership, every leader should establish, advocate and even implement a common mission, vision and core values for all the stakeholders in schools. The leader ought to ensure that all these statements aim at high-quality education and also promotes the academic achievements of students. It is also important to ensure that even the rest of the stakeholders within the academic field support and advocate for the particular school’s mission and vision statements as well as their core values. The vision, mission and core values should also be aligned to partnerships that support the enactment of the specific vision, mission and core values.
The second standard is ethics and professional norms. It is important that educational leaders practice ethical mannerisms based on their professional norms. They should also ensure that all the activities they engage in would uplift the academic excellence of students as well as promote their general wellbeing. A highly effective school leader ensures that the ethics and professional norms are attained and maintained at a high level. There are different ways through which a leader will attain the high effectiveness with regard to this standard. For instance, the education leader ought to inform the revision or development of the institution system. They should formulate policies and strategies that are oriented towards ethics and professional behaviors. In addition, the leader ought to lead professional learning encounters, publish articles, reports and blogs and also engage in public speaking for professional establishments. While engaging in all of these activities, the education leader should ensure that they all aim at further advancement of ethical and professional practices of educators. This would play a key role in maintaining a high level of effectiveness in their position as school leaders.
The third standard is equity and cultural responsiveness. An effective education leader should uphold practices that consider the diversity of people within an institution. This implies that the leader ought to pay attention to the different cultures of people within the institution and ensure that his activities and those of other stakeholders do not violate the cultural backgrounds of each other. The Impact of School Location on the Effectiveness of Secondary School Admini...ijtsrd
This study examined the impact of school location on the effectiveness of public secondary school administrators in the English Speaking Regions of Cameroon. The study reviewed literature under key headings of conceptual, theoretical and empirical reviews. The research method was the mixed method – quantitative qualitative and the research design adopted was the sequential explanatory design. A structured Likert type School Administrators’ Questionnaire SAQ and an interview guide for administrators were developed as instruments for quantitative and qualitative data collection respectively. Descriptive frequencies and percentages and inferential chi square, Spearman Rank correlation and ANOVA statistical methods, including thematic and descriptive explanations were employed for data analyses. Findings showed that 55.7 of the school administrators were satisfied with the location of their school while 44.3 of them are not satisfied. School location significantly, positively and strongly affected administrative effectiveness P=0.000, far 0. 05 . The strong and positive sign of the correlation value R= 0.606 implied that administrative effectiveness of the school administrators is more likely to increase when the location of their school is conducive and more likely to decrease when the location of their school is not conducive. This hypothetical conclusion was supported whereby a majority of the school administrators 67.6 who perceived their administrative effectiveness as low were those who indicated that the location of their school is not conducive. Thus, the null hypothesis was rejected. Based on the findings, it was recommended that the safe location of schools should become a matter of strict policy. The research method was the mixed method – quantitative qualitative and the research design adopted was the sequential explanatory design. A structured Likert type School Administrators’ Questionnaire SAQ and an interview guide for administrators were developed as instruments for quantitative and qualitative data collection respectively. Descriptive frequencies and percentages and inferential chi square, Spearman Rank correlation and ANOVA statistical methods, including thematic and descriptive explanations were employed for data analyses. Findings showed that 55.7 of the school administrators were satisfied with the location of their school while 44.3 of them are not satisfied. School location significantly, positively and strongly affected administrative effectiveness P=0.000, far 0. 05 . The strong and positive sign of the correlation value R= 0.606 implied that administrative effectiveness of the school administrators is more likely to increase when the location of their school is conducive and more likely to decrease when the location of their school is not conducive. This hypothetical conclusion was supported whereby a majority of the school administrators 67.6 who perceived their administrative effectiveness as low were those who indicated that the location of their school is not conducive. Thus, the null hypothesis was rejected. Based on the findings, it was recommended that the safe location of schools should become a matter of strict policy. The purpose of this study is to analyze and test whether compensation has effect towards commitment, motivation, and performance of teachers at vocational school in Samarinda City of East Kalimantan Province. The population of this study is teachers of vocational school in that are government employees. The sample frame is limited to vocational school situated in Samarinda city of East Kalimantan Province. Based on the collected data, the number of vocational school is 20 vocational school with 520 government employee teacher and 84 respondents as samples. The statistic hypothesis testing is conducted using path analysis by first calculating the correlation coefficient of each variables suspected has direct correlation, continued with determining each path coefficient of calculated correlation coefficient. The result shows that compensation variables has positive and significant effect towards commitment, motivation, and performance of vocational schools’ teachers, either directly or indirectly.

The objective of the study is to analyse the influence of attitude on entrepreneurs, career selfefficacy, parents’ motivation and occupation on students’ interest for having food and drinks businesses after they graduate. The data were collected by questionnaire and analysed by doubled regression analysis. The result of the study showed that attitude on entrepreneurs, career self-efficacy, and parents ’motivation and occupation gave the positive and significant influence on students’ interest for having business. Findings also found that students’ interest to have business after graduating should be supported by career development activities, career self-efficacy, parents’ motivation. The study was about motivational practices and teachers’ performance in private secondary schools in Mbarara District, Uganda. The study aimed at; establishing the relationship between administrative support and teachers‟ performance. The cross-sectional and descriptive survey designs were adopted on a sample of 214 comprising Board of governors, PTA Chair persons, head teachers and teachers from selected private secondary schools. Data analysis involved use of descriptive statistics and of Pearson correlation coefficient to determine the relationship between motivational practices and teachers‟ performance. Descriptive results revealed that administrative support had vital role on teachers’ performance. The findings also showed that there was a statistically positive relationship between administrative support and teachers performance. Thus, it was recommended that administrators should provide a conducive work environment to teachers leading to good performance.

This study aimed to assess the Organizational Learning Capabilities and Work Engagement in the College of Business and Accountancy in Jose Rizal Memorial State University System. Descriptive correlational research design was employed in this study. Employing frequency counting and percent, weighted mean, standard deviation, Mann Whitney U test. Kruskal Wallis test and Spearman rank order correlation, data were obtained from 93 faculties from College of Business and Accountancy at Jose Rizal Memorial State University System. The findings revealed that the perceived level of Organizational Learning Capability of the faculty is much capable that means the Organizational Learning Capabilities is very much practice. On the other hand, the perceived level of Work Engagement of the faculty members of the College of Business and Accountancy at Jose Rizal Memorial State University System is very much engaged which means that faculty members of the College of Business and Accountancy at the Jose Rizal Memorial State University System are very much engaged in their work as to dedication and absorption and much engaged as to vigor. Background and Objective Telehealth has become a well known tool for the delivery of health care in Saudi Arabia, and the perspective and knowledge of healthcare providers are influential in the implementation, adoption and advancement of the method. This systematic review was conducted to examine the current literature base regarding telehealth and the related healthcare professional perspective and knowledge in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Materials and Methods This systematic review was conducted by searching 7 databases including, MEDLINE, CINHAL, Web of Science, Scopus, PubMed, PsycINFO, and ProQuest Central. Studies on healthcare practitioners telehealth knowledge and perspectives published in English in Saudi Arabia from 2000 to 2023 were included. Boland directed this comprehensive review. The researchers examined each connected study using the AXIS tool, which evaluates cross sectional systematic reviews. Narrative synthesis was used to summarise and convey the data. Results Out of 1840 search results, 10 studies were included. Positive outlook and limited knowledge among providers were seen across trials. Healthcare professionals like telehealth for its ability to improve quality, access, and delivery, save time and money, and be successful. Age, gender, occupation, and work experience also affect health workers knowledge. In Saudi Arabia, healthcare professionals face inadequate expert assistance, patient privacy, internet connection concerns, lack of training courses, lack of telehealth understanding, and high costs while performing telemedicine. Conclusions Healthcare practitioners telehealth perceptions and knowledge were examined in this systematic study. This research investigates the nexus between online discussions on Dr. B.R. Ambedkars ideals and their impact on social inclusion among college students in Gurugram, Haryana. Surveying 240 students from 12 government colleges, findings indicate that 65 actively engage in online discussions, with 80 demonstrating moderate to high awareness of Ambedkars ideals. Statistically significant correlations reveal that higher online engagement correlates with increased awareness p 0.05 and perceived social inclusion. Variations across colleges and a notable effect of college type on perceived social inclusion highlight the influence of contextual factors. Furthermore, the intersectional analysis underscores nuanced differences based on gender, caste, and socio economic status. The Role of Mentoring and Its Influence on the Effectiveness of the Teaching ...ijtsrd
This paper reports on a study which was conducted to investigate the role of mentoring and its influence on the effectiveness of the teaching of Physics in secondary schools in the South West Region of Cameroon. The study adopted the convergent parallel mixed methods design, focusing on respondents in secondary schools in the South West Region of Cameroon. Both quantitative and qualitative data were collected, analysed separately, and the results were compared to see if the findings confirm or disconfirm each other. The quantitative analysis found that majority of the respondents 72 of Physics teachers affirmed that they had more experienced colleagues as mentors to help build their confidence, improve their teaching, and help them improve their effectiveness and efficiency in guiding learners’ achievements. Only 28 of the respondents disagreed with these statements. With majority respondents 72 agreeing with the statements, it implies that in most secondary schools, experienced Physics teachers act as mentors to build teachers’ confidence in teaching and improving students’ learning. The interview qualitative data analysis summarized how secondary school Principals use meetings with mentors and mentees to promote mentorship in the school milieu. This has helped strengthen teachers’ classroom practices in secondary schools in the South West Region of Cameroon. With the results confirming each other, the study recommends that mentoring should focus on helping teachers employ social interactions and instructional practices feedback and clarity in teaching that have direct measurable impact on students’ learning achievements. Design Simulation and Hardware Construction of an Arduino Microcontroller Bas...ijtsrd
This study primarily focuses on the design of a high side buck converter using an Arduino microcontroller. The converter is specifically intended for use in DC DC applications, particularly in standalone solar PV systems where the PV output voltage exceeds the load or battery voltage. To evaluate the performance of the converter, simulation experiments are conducted using Proteus Software. These simulations provide insights into the input and output voltages, currents, powers, and efficiency under different state of charge SoC conditions of a 12V,70Ah rechargeable lead acid battery. Additionally, the hardware design of the converter is implemented, and practical data is collected through operation, monitoring, and recording. By comparing the simulation results with the practical results, the efficiency and performance of the designed converter are assessed. The findings indicate that while the buck converter is suitable for practical use in standalone PV systems, its efficiency is compromised due to a lower output current. Energy becomes sustainable if it meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. Some of the definitions of sustainable energy include the considerations of environmental aspects such as greenhouse gas emissions, social, and economic aspects such as energy poverty. Generally far more sustainable than fossil fuel are renewable energy sources such as wind, hydroelectric power, solar, and geothermal energy sources. Worthy of note is that some renewable energy projects, like the clearing of forests to produce biofuels, can cause severe environmental damage. The sustainability of nuclear power which is a low carbon source is highly debated because of concerns about radioactive waste, nuclear proliferation, and accidents. The switching from coal to natural gas has environmental benefits, including a lower climate impact, but could lead to delay in switching to more sustainable options. “Carbon capture and storage” can be built into power plants to remove the carbon dioxide CO2 emissions, but this technology is expensive and has rarely been implemented. Leading non renewable energy sources around the world is fossil fuels, coal, petroleum, and natural gas. Nuclear energy is usually considered another non renewable energy source, although nuclear energy itself is a renewable energy source, but the material used in nuclear power plants is not. This paper aims to outline the executive regulations, survey standards, and specifications required for the implementation of the Sudan Survey Act, and for regulating and organizing all surveying work activities in Sudan. The act has been discussed for more than 5 years. The Land Survey Act was initiated by the Sudan Survey Authority and all official legislations were headed by the Sudan Ministry of Justice till it was issued in 2022. The paper presents conceptual guidelines to be used for the Survey Act implementation and to regulate the survey work practice, standardizing the field surveys, processing, quality control, procedures, and the processes related to survey work carried out by the stakeholders and relevant authorities in Sudan. The conceptual guidelines are meant to improve the quality and harmonization of geospatial data and to aid decision making processes as well as geospatial information systems. The established comprehensive executive regulations will govern and regulate the implementation of the Sudan Survey Geomatics Act in all surveying and mapping practices undertaken by the Sudan Survey Authority SSA and state local survey departments for public or private sector organizations. The targeted standards and specifications include the reference frame, projection, coordinate systems, and the guidelines and specifications that must be followed in the field of survey work, processes, and mapping products. Towards the Implementation of the Sudan Interpolated Geoid Model Khartoum Sta...ijtsrd
The discussions between ellipsoid and geoid have invoked many researchers during the recent decades, especially during the GNSS technology era, which had witnessed a great deal of development but still geoid undulation requires more investigations. To figure out a solution for Sudans local geoid, this research has tried to intake the possibility of determining the geoid model by following two approaches, gravimetric and geometrical geoid model determination, by making use of GNSS leveling benchmarks at Khartoum state. The Benchmarks are well distributed in the study area, in which, the horizontal coordinates and the height above the ellipsoid have been observed by GNSS while orthometric heights were carried out using precise leveling. The Global Geopotential Model GGM represented in EGM2008 has been exploited to figure out the geoid undulation at the benchmarks in the study area. This is followed by a fitting process, that has been done to suit the geoid undulation data which has been computed using GNSS leveling data and geoid undulation inspired by the EGM2008. Two geoid surfaces were created after the fitting process to ensure that they are identical and both of them could be counted for getting the same geoid undulation with an acceptable accuracy. In this respect, statistical operation played an important role in ensuring the consistency and integrity of the model by applying cross validation techniques splitting the data into training and testing datasets for building the geoid model and testing its eligibility. The geometrical solution for geoid undulation computation has been utilized by applying straightforward equations that facilitate the calculation of the geoid undulation directly through applying statistical techniques for the GNSS leveling data of the study area to get the common equation parameters values that could be utilized to calculate geoid undulation of any position in the study area within the claimed accuracy. Both systems were checked and proved eligible to be used within the study area with acceptable accuracy which may contribute to solving the geoid undulation problem in the Khartoum area, and be further generalized to determine the geoid model over the entire country, and this could be considered in the future, for regional and continental geoid model. Published classroom materials form the basis of syllabuses, drive teacher professional development, and have a potentially huge influence on learners, teachers and education systems. All teachers also create their own materials, whether a few sentences on a blackboard, a highly-structured fully-realised online course, or anything in between. Despite this, the knowledge and skills needed to create effective language learning materials are rarely part of teacher training, and are mostly learnt by trial and error.
Knowledge and skills frameworks, generally called competency frameworks, for ELT teachers, trainers and managers have existed for a few years now. However, until I created one for my MA dissertation, there wasn’t one drawing together what we need to know and do to be able to effectively produce language learning materials.
This webinar will introduce you to my framework, highlighting the key competencies I identified from my research. It will also show how anybody involved in language teaching (any language, not just English!), teacher training, managing schools or developing language learning materials can benefit from using the framework.

the effects of the consequences of a particular behavior on
the future occurrence of that behavior.
There are four types of Operant Conditioning: Positive
Reinforcement, Negative Reinforcement, Punishment, and
Extinction. Both Positive and Negative Reinforcement
strengthen behavior while both Punishment and Extinction
weaken behavior. Positive reinforcement.
Strengthening a behavior. This is the process of getting
rewards as a consequence of the behaviour being shown.
You make a sale, you get a commission. You do a good job,
you get a bonus & a promotion.
Negative reinforcement. Strengthening a behavior. This is
the process of having a stressor taken away as a
consequence of a behavior. Long-term sanctions are
removed from countries when their human rights records
improve.
Extinction. Weakening a behavior. This is the process of
getting no goodies when do a behavior. So if person does
extra effort, but gets no thanks for it, they stop doing it.
Punishment. Weakening a behavior. This is the process of
getting a punishment as a consequence of a behavior.

teaching performance in the following indicators:
achievement; recognition ; work itself indicators socializing
with other employees during the workday and having a job
with minimal amount of pressure in service areas.
Last study conducted in Southwestern University PHINMA
about Motivational factors affecting Teacher’s performance
was conducted in 1996 which become the benchmark of the
researcher to have this study. It showed that teachers
perform well if they are motivated in their work.
Objective of the Study
Specifically, this sought to answer the following problems:
What is the profile of the respondents in terms of age and
gender, civil status, highest educationalattainment, lengthof
service in the institution,appropriatetrainings andseminars
attended teacher’s performanceas evaluatedbythestudents
and the motivational level of teachers along the following
indicators.
Methodology
This study was about the level of motivations and the
teaching performance of the teachers in Senior High School
Department at Southwestern UniversityPHINMA.Thisstudy
utilized descriptive research which appraised the
relationship of the motivational factors to the teaching
performance of teachers in Southwestern University
PHINMA. Descriptive statistics utilize data collection and
analysis techniques that yield reports of the summary of the
measures of central tendency, variation and correlation. This
study was guided by the flow of study as indicated in the
schema. The input of the study containstheindicators on the
motivational level of teachers as to security, monetary,
working conditions, social, job status,
achievement/responsibility, recognition. The process

contained thetransmittalletter, answeredquestionnaireand
the teaching performance rating of teachers. Finally, an
action plan was crafted as the output of this research. This
study used an adapted-modified questionnaire from the
study of Ewayan, A. The questionnaire was used in order to
gather information that will address the given problem.
Results and Discussion
Table1. Age and Gender
Table 1 presents the age and gender of the respondents of
this study. It shows that the age of the respondents ranges
from 21 to 60 years old. Computations yield that the highest
percentage falls in the range of 31-35. Moreover,mostofthe
respondents are female and most of them also clustered in
the range of 31-35. It also shows that female instructor is
much older than male. It implies that within the age range of
the respondents, they are motivated because they have
alreadythe experiences and development bothpersonaland
professional which enable them to stand out with other
teachers.
Civil Status
Table2.
Table 2 shows the distribution of the respondents as totheir
civil status. Most of the respondents are female who are
married. Respondents who are males are single. The
respondents are fairly distributed who have the same
percentage (50%) as single and married. It only implies that
for single people, they tend to be motivated especially with
the monetary aspects and the working environment. They
are much satisfied with the nature of their work and of
course the benefits. Married people are also motivated to do
their tasks given not only because of the monetary aspects
but also other benefits like free tuition for their kids or even
to their brothers and sisters. Working loads and schedules
are also good which enable them to have more time in
resting while doing other tasks like checking.
Highest Educational Attainment
Table3.
Table 3 shows the distribution of respondents as to their
highest educational attainment. It shows that none of the
teachers are a bachelor’s degree holder. It indicates that
majority of the respondents are a bachelor’s degree holder
with master units or fifty percent (50%). In this regard,
teachers are motivated to pursue their professional studies
as part of their professional development. It implies that
teachers never stop studying thus pursuing their
professional studies. Most of the teachers just have units in
the masters course because it is costly and need to spend
more time and attention. Despite of this, they are still
motivated to continue just like how motivated they are in
performing in their work.
Length of Service
Table4.
It has been observed that the longer the person has in the
job, the more motivated he is. Similarly, the longer the
teaching experience a teacher has, the better the teaching
performance. This is because he achievesmasteryin his field
of specialization through constant practice and exposure.
Table 4 presents the number of years of teaching experience
of the Senior High School teachers. As can be gleaned from
the table, the longest range of teaching experience is 9 years
or more while the shortest is 1-2 years. As shown above,
majority of the teachers or four teachers (4) rendered their
service in a span of 3-4 years (40%). It implies that the
respondents are tenured because of rendering of more than
3 years in the institution. Because of this, it can be implied
that teachers are motivated to work and stay in the
institution because theyare muchsatisfiedwiththeprogram
and benefits that the institution has.

Seminars and Training Attended
Table5
Table 5 shows the seminars and training attended by the
teachers. As shown in the table, most of the teachers
attended the annual In-Service Training in order to be
trained with their unique system being used which is the
Dynamic Learning Program. It implies that teachers engage
themselves for their personal and development. There’s a
continuous learning. Engaging in seminars and trainings is
one of the indicators that teachers are motivated to learn
new things because they are given such opportunity.
Teachers’ Performance as evaluated by the Students
Teaching performance willdeterminewhethertheywillstay
or leave in their work place. Students have the right of
evaluating their teachers since they are the one who know
their teachers very well.
Table 6 below shows the teachers’ performance of teachers
as evaluated by the students. As shown in the table, majority
of the teachers are in the outstanding level. It only shows
that teachers perform well in their job thus students are
happy at the same time learning. With every indicator of
mentioned, teachers are in the outstanding level, meaning
they did every tasks given as reflected in the indicators. It
only implies that with all the loads handled by the teachers,
they still manage to be the best that they can be by assuring
that their students are also at their best. No matter how
burden it is, they still motivated to teach and give the best
that they have.

The table shows the motivational level of the senior high
School teachers in relation to theirpersonalandprofessional
needs. The data showed that social aspects and
achievement/responsibility got the highest weighted mean
of 4.76 which verbally described as very high. This implies
that teachers were very highly motivated. Moreover,
working conditions got the lowest weighted mean of 4.29
which verbally described also as veryhigh.This entails those
teachers working environment was more that above
satisfaction but still noted that it was the lowest. Overall,the
motivational level of the senior high school teachers got a
total of 4.55 which verbally described as very high.
Therefore, the researchers conclude that teachers were
highly motivated in the workplace.
Conclusion
Based on the results shown in the previous chapter, we can
conclude that motivational factors have a great impact to
teacher’s performance as shown that there is a significant
relationship between these two factors. The theories
Hierarchy Theory, Operant Conditioning andRangeof Effect
are very true. Employees are motivated if their needs are
given which make them satisfied as shown in the hierarchy
of needs. Reinforcement is also true about motivation. The
more a person is reinforced, the more he will become
motivated thus yield to productivity.
Recommendations
Based on the findings of this study, the following therefore
are recommended:
School administrators may clearly show their teachers that
the latter are important members in the workplace by
offering them a steady and secure employment if not an
assurance of good pay.
Teachers may be offered the opportunity to be trained and
developed at work, and work actively for teachers to see the
measures as relevant letting them to have the freedom to
make decisions.
School administrators must continue doing actions that will
enable teachers to be more motivated in order to increase
their productivity thus perform well.
Future researchers must research on other potentialaspects
or factors which can affect the teaching performance of the
teachers.
