The inner diameters of the coils are 600 mm or 1000 mm. Coil iron is the thin form
of construction iron. The production processes are exactly the same as for rebar.
In the coil iron production process, the billets taken to the rolling mill are heated
up to 1200ºC in annealing furnaces. The scale descaler on the billets taken from
the annealing furnace is cleaned with pressurized water.
Rebars are one of the most basic materials used in construction structures.
During the application, it should be noted that the number, diameter, spacing
shapes and rust margins of the iron are made in accordance with the techniques.
The strength and durability of the buildings are affected according to these
principles.
