This document presents an expert system for hardware maintenance supervisors to troubleshoot issues with computers that fail to start properly. The system walks through a decision tree to methodically check components like the power supply, memory, display card, and motherboard if issues persist in an effort to diagnose the problem. Error codes are also listed with their meanings and recommended solutions.
