For this question, digital banking
enhancements came in first by a
landslide, at 41%. It’s no wonder—improved
digital banking experiences are a key factor
to achieving customer loyalty. According to
Javelin Strategy and Research, 81% of U.S.
adults will use mobile banking by 2020, and
in 2015 alone, 28 million more consumers
adopted smartphones and 29 million more
adopted tablets.
Digital banking enhancements lead banks’ approach to improve customer experience.
