Compassion/Heart This heading covers many traits: inclusiveness, altruism, welcoming, warmth, etc… We are a strong and supportive community. Standards The rise of professionalism at JCCs is a critical part of our story over the past decade. People expect professionalism, competency, kindness Flexibility/On My Terms Flexibility is a critical component of a brand that is ripe for Millennials—and increasingly, for Boomers and Gen Xers as well. Everyone wants a personalized experience.
