E-waste, or WEEE, refers to discarded electrical and electronic equipment which poses environmental hazards when improperly disposed of, leading to soil, air, and water pollution. Recycling e-waste mitigates these dangers by keeping toxins out of nature, conserving natural resources, and enabling the recovery of valuable metals. Proper management and recycling of e-waste can significantly benefit both human health and the environment.
