My name is Anne Smith VP of Sales for Evolv Health. This presentation was designed to give you a better understanding how the Compensation Plan works specifically at the Director Levels. As mentioned, we will be going through the Director Levels… beginning with Executive Director all the way up to our top rank called Visionary Ambassador.
The two key factors in moving up the ranks in the Evolv Compensation Plan are based on Rank Advancement of your enrollment genealogy and your total downline volume that your organization does in a 4 week rolling period – called your DV4 – DV4 takes the current weeks volume and the past 3 weeks to create a TOTAL amount. Beginning at the Senior Executive level, there is a set DV4 amount for each rank. Once you achieve a rank you are always locked in at that rank title. To be considered a qualified and paid rank, you must meet the certain qualifications at each level.

Lets review the difference between the Personal Enrollment Genealogy and your Binary Genealogy.The Personal Enrollment Genealogy is based on the people YOU personally sponsor. Anyone who registers using your Evolv Member number will be consider to be sponsored by you.Anyone they sponsor will be part of YOUR personal enrollment genealogy – as you see here, this person has sponsored 3 people, and they all are part of YOUR personal enrollment genealogy.There is no limit to the number of people you can personally sponsor and as you will see there are great benefits for sponsoring lots of people. Lets review the Binary Genealogy…
A Binary Genealogy is based on a left and a right side and your organization expands from there. So how can you sponsor more than two people? As I mentioned in the previous slide, you can personally enroll as many people as you’d like and they will be placed as you indicate throughout your Binary Genealogy.First, remember you have your own personal sponsor and specific upline. Just like you they will personally enroll new Members and as they do, these new Members will be placed, either on the left or right side of their binary genealogy– so you may have people in your binary genealogy that HAVE NOT come for you or the people you personally enrolled. All of those people count for your binary volume but do not count as part of your personal enrollment genealogy.Lets take a look. As you can see, you have a left and a right leg. The person on your right was personally enrolled by you. Anyone they sponsor, and anyone they sponsor and so on will be considered part of that personal enrollment leg and they are also part of your binary genealogy.On your left side, you have someone who has come from your up-line.In the next level down, now you have sponsored two more people. You decide to place one on your left and the other on your right side. These are both consider your personally sponsored members.Your binary organization can grow from people you’ve personally sponsored , these are the blue icons… and from people connected to your upline lineage, these are the bronze icons. Orders placed by members from your entire binary genealogy contribute to your overall weekly volume..Every time you sponsor a new person, no matter how deep your binary genealogy is, you will have the ability to place them at the bottom of the binary tree under any person you want on your left or right side. It’s important to make sure that both legs have strong leaders as at least 1/3 of your volume must coming from your Lesser Volume Leg. For qualifications, you will have to have two active legs in your binary genealogy and your lesser volume leg will have to contribute at least 1/3 of the rank qualifying volume.Your eCenter back office will calculate this for you and has detailed reports and smart technology to guide you on how your binary genealogy is growing.
Now, let’s begin with the first level called Executive Director. Almost every compensation plan has a key rank to set your initial target for. The Executive Director would be THAT rank in our Compensation Plan.Step one is get to achieve this rank and Step 2 is teach others to do what you have already done!So to achieve Executive Director you must have 5 Managing Executive Legs with TWO of these legs being qualified Regional Executives. For reference, here’s what the Regional Executive looks like. The DV4 qualification for the Executive Director is 20,000 for the rolling 4 week period. As a reminder, the DV4 or downline volume is the current weeks volume and the previous 3 weeks volume. At least one third of the volume needs to come from your Lesser Volume Leg and there is also a 160 PV requirement.
Having 5 qualified legs means does not mean that each of your personally enrolled leaders must be qualified. As long as one person in that leg is qualified, this will be a qualified leg for you. For example, this Executive Director is qualified because Icon #1 is a qualified Managing Executive. Even though the personally sponsored person in red is NOT qualified, overall that leg is. Now, combined with the 4 other qualified legs you are now a qualified Executive Director.
There are many ways to be compensated at the Executive Director level. First of all the company immediately recognizes you with a one time rank advancement bonus of $500Other benefits at this rank include a 12.5% of 80$ cycles of your weekly binary commission volume from your lesser volume leg up to a maximum of $50, 000 per week. You also unlock another section of the DNA Coded bonus of 1% - this is now in addition to your 2% Regional Executive DNA Code you unlocked. The final benefit of the Payout at the Executive Director level is the Personal Check Match Bonus.At this rank, you qualify for a 50% check match bonus on the first $5,000 in earnings on anyone you personally sponsor – this means you can earn up to $2,500 per week… per person based on your personal enrollee’s check. If they earn $1000 that week, you would receive $500 – if they earn $5000 that week – you would receive $2500. This is a great bonus and rewards you to help your leaders grow and build their businesses.
Now lets look at the next rank – the Vice-Presidential Director.The qualifications are to have 5 Managing Executive legs two of which must be qualified at the Principal Executive level or higher. The DV4 volume qualification is 40 000 and there is also the 160 PV requirement.
Like in every level, this means you need to have the 5 qualified legs anywhere within each leg. As in the example, positions 1 and 5 still qualify because people in the 3rd generation both qualified, it counts to qualify the whole leg… even though your personal sponsored individuals did not qualify.
The ways to earn at the Vice-Presidential Director rank are similar to the Executive Director position except for two key additions:You now earn 75% check match on anyone you personally enroll and you ALSO earn a Executive Check match of 25% on the first down line Executive Director or above. Both of these bonuses pay out to a max of $3500 per week at this rank.The second new bonus that opens up at this level is the matching Executive Director Bonus. Every time a person in your down line enrollment genealogy becomes an Executive Director you will earn a $500 bonus. What a great incentive to help other people reach their goals!
We are now moving to the upper ranks in the Compensation Plan. To achieve the Presidential Director Level, you need to have 5 active Managing Executive legs and 2 of the 5 legs must be qualified Executive Directors or above. This along with a total downline DV4 volume from both legs of 100 000 and 160 PV
At the Presidential Director level you unlock another level of Evovl DNA Code of 1%. You now have 2% from reaching Regional Executive, 1% from reaching the Executive Director level– you now have another 1% at the Presidential Director level- this will REALLY add up as your business grows. The other ways to earn at this level are similar to the Vice-Presidential Director rank plus you have the following enhancements:You now earn a 100% check match on anyone you personally sponsor. You also earn a 35% check match on the first down line Executive Director, and 25% on the next downline Executive Director or above up to a maximum of $5000 per week per enrollee.Now lets look closer at the Check Match programs…
To give you a better understanding how the Personal Check Match and the Executive Check Match work – refer to the graphic on the slide. The check match at this level now becomes 100% Check Match on your personal enrollees now up to a maximum of $5000 per week per person. You also receive the Executive Check Match of 35% on the first level down Executive Director in your enrollment genealogy AND 25% of Executive Check Match on the second level down of a Executive Director.
This is a huge part of the Compensation Plan – lets look into it further!At each stage of advancing through the Leadership ranks you open up higher percentages of Check Match bonuses and you also qualify for more generations in depth of Executive Check Match… lets see what that looks like…So at this rank – the Presidential Director – you earn 100% on everyone you personally sponsor. You also qualify to receive a 35% check match on the first qualified Executive Distributor in each of your legs…In this example you can see there are 5 people who meet this qualification in which you will receive a 35% check match up on their first $5000 in earnings, up to 1,750 per week, per person. You also now qualify for an Executive Check Match on the next qualified Executive Director down that leg – that is each leg that you have personally enrolled – called your personal enrollment genealogy. In this example, you see that you qualify for a check match of 25% on the first $5000 in earnings up to 1,250 per week for another 4 individuals in your business. Therefore in this example, you have 100% personal check match on 6 people you personally sponsored, 5 people at a 35% executive check match and 4 people at a 25% executive check match. This is a very lucrative bonus that can really add up.
The next rank in the Evolv Compensation plan is the Global Presidential DirectorThis is the second highest rank in the compensation plan. To achieve this rank you need 5 Managing Executive legs with 2 of these legs being Executive Directors or above and two of the legs being Vice Presidential Directors or above.The DV4 requirement is now 250 000 along with 160PV.
At the Global Presidential Director rank you unlock another level of Executive Check bonuses. You now receive 50% check match on the first level Executive Director, 40% on the next Executive Director in your personal enrollment genealogy and 25% on the next qualified Executive Director. You also maintain all the other benefits as well and you continually earn 12.5% on your binary commissions up to a maximum of $50 000 per week. You also maintain your $500 Executive Director Rank Advantage Check Match, where you receive $500 for every time someone in your personal enrollment genealogy becomes an Executive Director.
The final rank and of course most prestigious in the Evolv Comp Plan is the Visionary Ambassador.To qualify for this rank you need 6 qualified Executive Director Legs. 2 of these legs must be at the Presidential Director level or above. The binary DV4 volume qualification is now 500 000 and 160 PV.
At this top rank, you now unlock the final DNA coded bonus of 1% - so you now have a total of 5% DNA code unlocked. Again, to better understand this lucrative bonus, I suggest you visit the uEvolv Training Center in the eCenter to watch the overview presentation.You also earn 4 levels of Executive Check Match stating at 60% on the first Executive Director in your personal enrollment genealogy, 50% for the second, 40% for the third and 25% for the fourth qualified Executive director down each of your personal enrollment legs.
It is important to note that there are additional bonuses, special recognition and exciting prizes that will be granted at the Executive and Director Levels.
