  • Hello and welcome to this Compensation Plan Overview. My name is Anne Smith VP of Sales for Evolv Health. This presentation was designed to give you a better understanding how the Evolv Compensation Plan works specifically at the Executive Levels. Before we begin, I would like to make it clear that the information in this training presentation is for illustrative purposes only.The payout figures in this document are intended to explain the components and operation of the Evolv Compensation Plan.  They are not intended to be representative of the income, if any, that an Evolv Member can or will earn through his or her participation in the Evolv opportunity.  These figures should not be considered as guarantees or projections of your actual earnings or profits.  Any representation or guarantee of earnings, whether made by Evolv or another Member, would be misleading.  Success with Evolv results only from successful sales efforts, which require hard work, diligence, and leadership.  Your success will depend upon how effectively you exercise these qualities.Let’s take a look at the Executive Levels!
  • The Evolv Compensation Plan is divided into two Sections – the Executive Levels and the Director LevelsThis presentation will only discuss the Executive Levels and the ways to earn at each Executive Level.
  • The two key factors in moving up the ranks in the Evolv Compensation Plan are based on Rank Advancement of your enrollment genealogy and your total downline volume that your organization does in a 4 week rolling period – called your DV4 – DV4 takes the current weeks volume and the past 3 weeks to create a TOTAL amount. Beginning at Senior Executive, there is a set DV4 amount for each rank. Once you achieve a rank you are always locked in at that rank title. To be considered a qualified and paid rank, you must meet the certain qualifications at each rank.
  • There is aVERY IMPORTANT aspect to our Compensation Plan that allows you to increase your earnings when you qualify within your first 7 days. The day you register, a 7 days countdown clock begins in your Evolv eCenter. In these 7 days, you are given the opportunity to earn 4 points – if you do so, you will receive higher fast start and business builder bonuses as your business grows!So instead of a Fast Start Bonus of 15% for your personally sponsored members – you will now receive 25%. And instead of receiving 5% for your second and third generation Fast Start Bonuses – you will now receive 10% for each. The 4 points in 7 days bonus also increase your Business Builder Bonus from 5 to 10% as well. So you do NOT want to miss out on achieving your 4 points.To earn points – you can do any of the following to add up to a total of 4 points.- You can sponsor a person in the first 7 days and receive 1 point for each person- You can Sign Up a preferred customer and receive 1 point for each person- And you earn 2 points for registering for the premier eCenter & your personalized replicated website- You receive 2 points for signing up for your own personal autoshipSo whether you sign up for autoship and register 2 preferred customers or if you sponsor 4 people in the first 7 days – any combination will qualify you!The other benefit is that these are all great for business building. The only way you can achieve the 4 points is by doing certain activities, or a combination of activities that are considered excellent basic principals in developing a strong business.
  • As I start explaining each rank, let me go through some of the Graphics with you to help add clarity to the upcoming slides….This first symbol represents YOU – remember, you are running your own business – you are the CEO.The green symbol indicates an ACTIVE leg in your enrollment genealogy – any symbol with a box around it is personally enrolled by youThe blue symbols represent an Active Member and a red symbol shows a Member who is currently inactive….
  • Lets review the difference between the Personal Enrollment Genealogy and your Binary Genealogy.The Personal Enrollment Genealogy is based on the people YOU personally sponsor. Anyone who registers using your Evolv Member number will be consider to be sponsored by you.Anyone they sponsor will be part of YOUR personal enrollment genealogy – as you see here, this person has sponsored 3 people, and they all are part of YOUR personal enrollment genealogy.There is no limit to the number of people you can personally sponsor and as you will see there are great benefits for sponsoring lots of people. Lets take a look at your Binary Genealogy…
  • A Binary Genealogy is based on a left and a right side and your organization expands from there. So how can you sponsor more than two people? As I mentioned in the previous slide, you can personally enroll as many people as you’d like and they will be placed as you indicate throughout your Binary Genealogy.First, remember you have your own personal sponsor and specific upline. Just like you they will personally enroll new Members and as they do, these new Members will be placed, either on the left or right side of their binary genealogy– so you may have people in your binary genealogy that HAVE NOT come for you or the people you personally enrolled. All of those people count for your binary volume but do not count as part of your personal enrollment genealogy.Lets take a look. As you can see, you have a left and a right leg. The person on your right was personally enrolled by you. Anyone they sponsor, and anyone they sponsor and so on will be considered part of that personal enrollment leg and they are also part of your binary genealogy.On your left side, you have someone who has come from your up-line.In the next level down, now you have sponsored two more people. You decide to place one on your left and the other on your right side. These are both consider your personally sponsored members.Your binary organization can grow from people you’ve personally sponsored , these are the blue icons… and from people connected to your upline lineage, these are the reddish orange icons. Orders placed by members from your entire binary genealogy contribute to your overall weekly volume..Every time you sponsor a new person, no matter how deep your binary genealogy is, you will have the ability to place them at the bottom of the binary tree under any person you want on your left or right side. The key is to make sure that both legs have strong leaders and you want to make sure that at least 1/3 of your volume is coming from your Lesser Volume Leg. For qualifications, you can’t have everyone on one side and no one on the other – you will have to have two active legs and your lesser volume leg will have to contribute at least 1/3 of the rank qualifying volume from that side.Not to worry – you will not need to manually calculate this weekly! – your eCenter back office has detailed reports and smart technology that helps guide you on how your binary genealogy is growing.
  • Now lets start with the entry point into Evolv – that is at the Evolv Member level – For $39.95 you can join as an Evolv member and you will receive a new Member Kit. You can register online, by fax, phone or mail.
  • At the Evolv Member level – you are able to purchase product at the wholesale price and can sell the product to retail customers and preferred customers. Preferred customers are people who register for a minimum of 1 case that is sent to them on a monthly autoship basis.An Evolv Member is qualified to receive commissions of $12 per case for Retail and Preferred Customer orders. You will also receive 20 PV which is personal volume, on each case sold to a preferred or retail customer and you receive 40 PV on each case you purchase for your personal use – whether it be for personal consumption or for your marketing efforts. PV becomes important for qualification purposes at the higher ranks.
  • The next rank is called a Managing ExecutiveA Managing Executive is someone who has one Active leg, meaning they have sponsored at least 1 person who has accumulated 80 PV in a 4 week period. Each case of Evolv counts for 40 PV – therefore 2 cases equals 80 PV. Therefore if your new member goes on autoship with two cases, they earn 80 PV and will count as a qualified leg for you.
  • A Managing Executive can earn the same way as an Evolv Member can earn but now they qualify to take advantage of the Fast Start Bonus by earning up to 25% on orders placed by their personally sponsored members within a New Members first four weeks. You can now receive up to a 10% bonus from anyone who orders a Business Builder Pack. Also at this level you can now qualify to receive weekly Binary Volume commissions. At this level, you receive 10% of the $80 dollar binary cycles based on your Lesser Volume Leg up to a maximum of $200 per week. Please note that there is a 240 Lesser Volume Leg requirement to activate this bonus. I’ll expand on that point shortly.
  • The next rank is called Senior Executive. At this level, you must now have TWO active legs and 1500 DV4 . In other words, this would be like having 38 cases of Evolv being purchased within your total organization over a 4 week period. The volume can come from people in both your personal enrollment and binary genealogies. 1/3 of the volume most come from your Lesser Leg Volume. Therefore in this example, 500 of your 1500 downline volume must come from your Lesser Volume Leg. As I mentioned – your back office computer system will help track this for you and guide you on where your volume is being generated at all times.
  • Here is another example of a Senior Executive that illustrates an important featureIf the person you personally sponsored becomes inactive or does not qualify, anyone within that enrollment genealogy, regardless of how deep within the linage they are, may help qualify that “leg”. Therefore, as you can see, the red guy who you personally sponsored did not qualify or became inactive but the person below him is still active. The number 1 green person has now qualified this leg as being one of your two active legs – This means you are now a Senior Executive provided you have the sufficient DV4 volume!
  • Let’s look at the new ways to earn at this level – First, you reach a new level of Fast Start bonus – you now earn up to 25% on people you personally enroll and up to 10% on anyone THEY personally sponsor on orders within their first four weeks…. – the only other major difference in how a Senior Executive gets compensatedis now you can earn up to $500 per week in binary volume commissions compared to $200 with the Managing Executive. As I mentioned previously there is a 240 Lesser Volume Leg requirement to activate the Weekly Binary volume Commissions. Let’s go back to the binary genealogy to explain.
  • This means that both legs must have at least 240 in volume in each leg. One leg may have much more than 240 but the lesser volume leg must have a minimum of 240 from your binary genealogy to activate the Weekly Binary Commission Bonus. While we are here, let’s review the 1/3 rule for the DV4 requirement…..again, at the Senior Executive level there is a 1,500 DV4 requirement. With the 1/3 rule, this means that at least 500 of the downline volume must come from the lesser volume leg. So say your right side has 1200 DV4 your left leg still must have at least 500 downline 4 volume in order to satisfy the 1500 DV4 with the 1/3 rule requirement at the Senior Executive Level.
  • Now we get to a VERY exciting level in our CompensationPlan…The Regional Executive level –is a key rank and a significant level of achievement for several reasons. First, lets see how you get there.To reach the Regional Executive position, you must have 4 active legsTwo of those legs must have a qualified Managing Executive anywhere within your personal enrollment genealogy. The volume requirement at the Regional Executive level is 5000 DV4 and you must have 160 Personal Volume The 160 PV can come from a combination of your personal purchases and your customer orders. The 160 PV requirement is not included in your Downline Volume.
  • Here is another example how you may have an inactive personally sponsored member but under this person is an active and qualified Managing Executive – this then counts as a Managing Executive leg…. So in the example here, you can see there are 4 active legs – the green icons numbered 1 thru 4 and two of those legs are Managing Executives – numbers 2 and 4. Numbers 1 thru 3 have been personally sponsored by you and number 4 is not personally sponsored but is in your Personal enrollment Genealogy.
  • At Regional Executive, you now receive 3 levels of Fast Start Bonus on orders from new members within their first four weeks. Meaning you earn up to 25% on people you personally sponsor, then up to 10% on people they sponsor and now you earn one more level in depth – as you earn up to 10% on the people THEY sponsor… I think you can see how important accumulating the 4 pts in 7days is – this increased percentage payout will add up over time.Your weekly binary volume commission percentage also increases to 11.25% on your lesser volume leg up from 10% and your weekly earnings from this specific bonus increases to a maximum of $1000 per week.Two other exciting points of reaching this rank are you now receive a $200 one time cash bonus for advancing to this new rank! And you also unlock your first level of Evolv DNA coded bonus of 2%. This is a very lucrative aspect of our Comp Plan. I’m not explain this in detail with this presentation but I will refer you to the view the specific Evolv DNA coded bonus presentation for more information.
  • Now for the final position in the Executive Levels – this rank is called Principal ExecutiveAt this level you now require 4 Managing Executive LegsThe means that 4 legs that are qualified as Managing Executives as seen in figures 1 through 4And 2 of the four legs must be at the Senior Executive level – as shown in figures 2 and 3At the Principal Executive level, there is a 10 000 in DV4 volume requirement and 160PV
  • Just like before, if someone is inactive or does not qualify, the comp plan will search down that leg to find a qualified person in your enrollment genealogy – in this example, the icon number 4 is a qualified Senior Executive which helps makes you a qualified Principal Executive. One of the great things about the Premier eCenter – is that the reports section will give you detailed information before each qualification period on Members in your organization who are close to advancing to rank and what is required to achieve the next level.
  • At this level you reach the maximum payout of 12.5% for the weekly Binary Commission Volume and can receive up to $2000 per week in binary volume commissions.
  • Now that we have shared the path through the Executive Levels, we highly recommend you watch the DIRECTOR LEVELS overview. The Director Levels are the Leadership Levels in Evolv.
