THE
EVALUATION
BLOG.

The Evaluation Blog.
• What is it?
On the evaluation blog, I look at what went well, what went wrong and
what I could have improved on. I answer questions such as ‘Which of
your products do you find to be the strongest to show your target
audience?’.
One of the main aspects you have to look at when doing your blog is to
make it visually appealing, informative and interesting.
Explain Everything.
• Explain everything is an app located on the apple app store. Explain
everything, is an interactive app that can be used on an iPad. I used it
in order to show what I am talking about when I am talking about it. I
felt that explain everything made my blog more appealing and kept it
multi media. In my question where I needed to get 9 frames of my
work and 9 frames of another. I used this app to help compare them
both together.
• Finally, explain everything has helped me know more about media
and how to relate it to each of the chosen frames.
YouTube.
• I used YouTube in order to help get the videos off explain everything
and onto my blog. YouTube was also used when uploading the final
versions of my final music video. I felt that YouTube was an easy and
accessible website that improved my blog as it was more visually
appealing.
Pic collage.
• I used this app to make the collages you can see on this post. They
indicate all the technological apps, devices and software that I have
used throughout the creation of the advanced portfolio. The collage
picture here <<< shows what I have used to create my evaluation
blog.
Microsoft word and PowerPoint.
• I have used these programmes to help upload detailed information
onto my blog in a multi media way. I have uploaded them to
slideshare and then used the embed code to upload them. After
learning what programmes do embed coding my skills in these
programmes developed. For example bannersnack, prezi, slideshare
and others.
