quantitative approach, the study's objectives are descriptive and causal, adopting a positivist paradigm with a
deductive approach to theory development and a survey research strategy. Findings reveal that work stress
negatively and significantly impacts employee performance, while digital literacy positively and significantly
affects it. Simultaneously, work stress and digital literacy have a positive and significant influence on employee
performance. It is anticipated that company management will devise workload management strategies to
alleviate work stress and assess the implementation of more efficient digital technology to enhance employee
performance.

Factors affecting undergraduate students’ motivation at a university in Tra Vinh
ABSTRACT: Motivation plays an important role in foreign language learning process. This study aimed to
investigate student’s motivation patterns towards English language learning at a University in Tra Vinh, and factors
affecting their motivation change toward English language learning of non-English-major students in the semester.
The researcher used semi-structured interview at the first phase of choosing the participants and writing reflection
through the instrument called “My English Learning Motivation History” adapted from Sawyer (2007) to collect
qualitative data within 15 weeks. The participants consisted of nine first year non-English-major students who learning
General English at pre-intermediate level. They were chosen and divided into three groups of three members each
(high motivation group; average motivation group; and low motivation group). The results of the present study
identified six visual motivation patterns of three groups of students with different motivation fluctuation, through the
use of cluster analysis. The study also indicated a diversity of factors affecting students’ motivation involving internal
factors as influencing factors (cognitive, psychology, and emotion) and external factors as social factors (instructor,
peers, family, and learning environment) during English language learning in a period of 15 weeks. The findings of
the study helped teacher understand relationship of motivation change and its influential factors. Furthermore, the
findings also inspired next research about motivation development in learning English process.

solutions, so as to promote the further rapid development of tourism in Huzhou City.

- 2. When creating a media product, taking the target audience into consideration is important. This is because it allows a unique selling point. Knowing your target audience will allow you to include certain features in the product and within the marketing process who will be intrigued. For example, when Batman the Movie came out, there was a publicity stunt on a big screen in New York where members of the public and their target audience were passing by.
- 3. I personally would like to draw in a specific target audience. This would be specifically targeted to 15-21-year-old male and females who live in London. This is because London is a very diverse area whereby, people from all around the world live. I believe that at this age, as individuals, we find it hard to identify with each other’s. This results in us seeing the wrong thing as if it was right. My product is being created to show the age bracket that you don’t need to be a part of certain acts.
- 4. Our initial idea has changed on the narrative side and is slightly different. This is because we have a female who is also a part of the story. I believe it is important that we put emphasis on the fact that even young ladies are involved in gang business. We changed our narrative to this because we wanted to link back to our society to show how peer pressure leads to issues. Our ideal audience profile: Age: 15-21 years old Gender: Male and Female Nationality: British Occupation: Education or drop out This is an ideal target audience because the issues covered in the movie opening are mostly relatable to the people who fall under these categories.
