Rohan Rama outlines the presentation software he will use to evaluate his magazine project. For questions 1 and 3, he will use Prezi to easily compare his magazine to professional magazines and show different aspects of his magazine's distribution. For question 2, he will use MindMeister for its intuitive mind map format to present different social groups. For question 4, Infogram will allow him to create charts and graphs to demonstrate the magazine's target demographics. SlideShare (question 5) and Emaze (question 6) will respectively allow him to simply present audience attraction methods and include images, animations and flexible layouts. Finally, PowToon (question 7) facilitates an engaging presentation of improvements from the first to second task

2. Q1 - PREZI
 I will use Prezi because I can compare my magazine with real
professional magazines with ease. I will be able to include images and
text. I can show the different features of my magazine as well as other
real magazines.

3. Q2 - MINDMEISTER
 I am using a mind map software as it is an intuitive way to present the
different social groups. I am able to include images to present different
social groups to further show who my social groups are.

4. Q3- PREZI
 I will be using Prezi for this question because it will be easy for me to
clearly show why I have chosen this particular magazine distribution.
This will enable me to show the different aspects of the magazine
distribution. Prezi uses both text and images well also making it easy to
distinguish between the two.

5. Q4 - INFOGRAM
 I will be using this software for q4 because it allows me to create charts
and graphs with ease. This accompanied with text will be a clear way of
demonstrating the demographics of the audience that will read my
magazine. This software is useful as I can talk about who will read my
magazine with many charts and it ads a new dynamic to my
presentations.

6. Q5 – SLIDESHARE
 This software involves creating different slides using presentations. I will
be using this so I can show how I attracted the audience in a
straightforward and simple way. This is the best way as it is not to
complicated to demonstrate the different methods that I attracted my
audience.

7. Q6 – EMAZE
 I will be using this software as this allows me to include simple
animations which go very well with the text. Also I can add many
images and change the layout of the presentation with ease. There are

 I will use powtoon as it as an fascinating way to present the
information. Also it is a way good way to end my evaluation.
Additionally I feel the powtoon has all the necessary facilities to show
my improvements from my first task to the second one.
