This document outlines the PANACeA (PAN Asian Collaborative for evidence-based e-health Adoption and Application) project. The project aims to promote evidence-based adoption of appropriate e-health solutions across South Asia, East Asia and Southeast Asia through collaborative research. Key objectives include supporting multi-country research projects, developing an evaluation model for e-health programs in Asia, and building research capacity among Asian researchers. The project involves several Asian countries and includes initiatives such as needs assessments, implementation of e-health frameworks, and systematic reviews of ICT applications. Project evaluations will assess outcomes such as south-south collaboration and influence on policymakers.
