In my evaluation, I will discuss the creative process for my pre and post-production work. For the pre-production, I analyzed a Weetabix advertisement and created survey questions to help decide on the style and content for our advertisement. We chose a humorous style based on the survey results. During filming, we got all the shots we needed in one day but faced difficulties from people walking through the shop and limited space. The editing process went smoothly as the final advertisement was only 53 seconds long.

task I didnotface manydifficultiesbecause Ihave done afairamountof pre-productioninthe past
so I knewexactlywhattodo.My thirdpart of my pre-productionwhichwe all tookpartinwas the
mindmap where we wouldall putdownare ideasandthendecide whichadvertisementideawe
was goingtochoose,inthe endwe endedpickingHemit’sideabecausewe thoughtitseemedmore
Humorouscomparedto all of the others. We didnot face any difficultiesinthistaskbecause itwas
verystraightforwardbecause all we hadto do was putdownour ideaon whatwe wouldthink
wouldmake a Humorousadvertisement.Now finallyformylasttaskinmy sectionof the pre-
productionthatI sharedwithHemitisthe script basedonHemit’sideaforour advertisement,we
didn’tface anydifficultiesinthistaskbecause Iknew how tolayout a script andHemitknew exactly
whathe wantedthe charactersto say duringthe advertisement,soIwriteverythingdownasHemit
saidthe script forthe advertisementthathe came upwith.Inmy the conclusionIthinkmy section
of the pre-productionwentverywellasIcompleteditall before dead-line andIalsomade itto my
bestpossible standardtotry and achieve the highestgrade.
SecondlyInwill move ontotalkabout the filmingof ouradvertisement.Now whenwe wenttofilm
we was all determinedtogetitdone inone day so we exactlydidthatand got all the shotswe
neededsuchasa CUS, MS, LS, TS and many more.Howeverwe didface some difficulty’ssuchas,we
had people thatkeptonwalkinginthe shopbecause atone pointwe had to keepthe shuttersopen
so itgivesitmore of a natural looksowe was kindof disturbedbythat,so on the otherhandit did
ruinsome of the shots.Andalsowe had a short space to filminso at some pointsitwasveryhard to
manoeuvre atsome pointsduringfilming;soonthe otherhand thisdidalsodelayus.Howeverat
the endof the day we managedto getall of the footage filmedtocomplete ouradvertisementfor
the product Weetabix.Afterwe filmedthe advertisementall thatwaslefttodo isthe editingsowe
can finalize ormaintain ouradvertisementforaWeetabix product. Wheneditingthe videowe did
not face any difficultiesbecauseitonlyturnedouttobe a 53 secondadvert;soon the other handit
didnot take longto edit,sothiswas veryefficientwhenworkingtowardsourdeadline.
