Hello e Twinners!!!
January was dedicated to blindness and, although, it was a short month cause of
Christmas holidays, we managed to do some interesting activities! We watched two
videos about blindness.
The first was the above:

We talked about the senses that a blind person can use in order to understand the world.
We also watched a video from a Greek tv documentary:

and we discussed about blind peoples' everyday life. We talked about the way they walk,
about the use of the white cane, about the way they do their shopping, the way they cross
the street, etc. we also discussed abouth the sports that they can do and we watched a
video about golball:

We also had our first meeting with Braille! We studied the code and we wrote our names
in the braille code. We created a board with our names and we have this braille board in
our classrooms!!! It was really fun!
