This document discusses eTwinning and provides advice for starting a new eTwinning project. There are three layers to eTwinning: the Public Portal, Twinning Live, and the TwinSpace. When starting a new project, it is advised to get approval from the English Department and Management Team, design the project, check which competences and contents it covers, and group and familiarize yourself with the tools that will be used.

When you want to start a new eTwinning project:

Design the project.
