I was very dissatisfied with the experience of
teaching in my first year.
I discovered RASCL (Regional Association for
Student Centred Learning)
I worked with Donna Brandes, Tony Harris, Sue
Richardson, and others to develop a new
mindset and went back into my second year of
teaching with a fairly uncompromising Learner
Centred orientation.
My teaching at every level has been evolving
from that time.
