We had a fast trip down to Mississippi to visit with Dad Kay. With all the storms

PKI, sensitive information can still be encrypted and exchanged, but there would be
no assurance of the identity of the other party. Any form of sensitive data exchanged
over the Internet is reliant on PKI for security.
A standard PKI consists of several components: hardware, software, policies and
standards, administration, distribution of keys and digital certificates. Digital
certificates are at the heart of PKI as they confirm the identity of the certificate
subject and bind that identity to the public key contained in the certificate. A typical

Contemplation is a commanding thought; it can make things better or worse. Veras
first big thought of contemplation is when her mother left the family, and weather
or not it was her fault. It haunts her father that Sindy left and he dwells on her in
the most minuate ways, like keeping her clothes in the closet or her class china
wear on the cabinet. Vera always wonders if its her fault for her mother leaving
because her mother in Veras words never wanted her. She is also confused on what
she wants to do with her life after college, does she want to become a vet or just give
up her dreams completely because everyone thinks that she is just going to become
a stripper just like her mother. I struggle with the same things everyday wondering if
my mother would have done if she didn t have me at such a young age.

Not to make them change, but to think about the way you handle a conflict. There
is one point in the essay that Tannen goes off in a different direction and loses your
attention. She goes from talking about high tech communication pulling us apart
to road rage. She stated Road rage shows how dangerous the argument culture and
especially today s technologically enhanced aggression can be. (406) I had a hard
time seeing the relationship between the Road rage and technology. Though road
rage is definitely dangerous, I did not feel that this was relevant at this point in the
essay. Tannen s intended audience for this essay is the society as a whole; she is

Impact of the Human Rights Act 1998 on clinical (medical) negligence
Tort law is a considerably old branch of English law, covering a wide range of areas
within such as defamation, nuisance, trespass and, most importantly, negligence. The
latter set out the modern concept of negligence by means of Donoghue v Stevenson
[1932] AC 562. Furthermore, in twentieth century a number of fundamental elements
were established in negligence, elevating its significance above all other areas of tort
law. Most problematic and difficult subgroup of negligence is clinical negligence,
where doctor are held to another standards. Nonetheless, the old foundations were
disturbed by the enforcement of the Human Rights Act 1998, which was a successful
attempt to incorporate the European Convention of Human Rights into English
domestic law. It is applied directly or indirectly into many areas of law, clinical
negligence in torts in particular, adding multiple complications as it has to comply
with the new Act. The influence of the HRA is yet to be fully researched
