By analysis there was researched the use of Blanced Scorecard and the decay of the indicators that
measure the audit performance (efficency, effectiveness, economy and quality) concerning the
components (resources, the audit scope, the risks analysis, the planning, the communication and the
acceptance, audit methodes, techniques and tools, following the audit) and their research, by using
the research techniques and tools. The Dashboard was researched by analysis, by dissolving the
indicators into components and by analyzing them. Synthesized, the investigated elements were
united on their interdependence to establish the links between the internal audit and its
performance. Our approach analyzing scope was defined by the public entities that organised the
internal audit structure whithin the state funded undergraduate education. From a conceptual point
of view, the research scope was established at the use of the Balanced Scorecard and Dashboard
internal audit practice, to show the connection between this

Introduction
Home ownership is the American dream! It is one of the most costly purchases an individual or
family can make in their lifetime. Some people save until they have cash to purchase however,
many people borrow money from a bank or lending institution; when a person borrows money to
purchase a home the loan is called a mortgage. The lender is called the mortgagee and the borrower
is called the mortgagor; banks have several different types of mortgages: fixed rate mortgage,
adjustable rate mortgage, investment mortgage and much more. Borrowers have to undergo the
lender underwriting process to show financial capability of repaying the mortgage (Makarov
Plantin, 2013). In this article I will use a fictitious person named Julianna, she is in the process of
buying her first home at age 30; I will be her lender and will use mathematical procedures to find
out what is her down payment, principle, installment payment, points (closing cost), mortgage
maturity value and total interest paid.

Critical Reflection In Nursing
When reflecting on the past few weeks of clinical experience, there is known to be many events
in which I can critically reflect upon in order to improve my clinical practice. During my second
week of clinical, I had been assigned with a tough patient. My patient was in his late 50 s, was a
chronic alcoholic and was an avid smoker. He has a medical history of COPD, hypertension, and
liver cirrhosis resulting from his alcoholic background. However, he had been recently
diagnosed with a right sided stroke. He was homeless as he lived in the motel in town, and had
no family or friends to lean on for support. In particular to my personal critical reflection, my
patient had signed a DNR with limited interventions. According to his wishes, he requested not to
receive any artificial nutrition by tube and refused antibiotics. As a nursing student, wishing to
help people recover, this was a specific component in which I could not wrap my head around.
During the morning of report from the night nurses, I had been surprised to hear that my patient
had been unresponsive and had not been responsive to stimuli. Prior to this, I was unaware that
my patient had been in such horrible shape. I did research the previous day and there was no
significant evidence within the chart that indicated my patient had been in this vegetative state.
Upon entering my patients room, I was lost at what to do in order to assess my patient, as he
could not respond to me in any way, shape or form. I

The Effects Of Seismic Surveys On Fauna
The present study monitored the direct and indirect Impacts of seismic surveys on fauna of the
mangrove using Birds Insects, Crabs, Reptiles and fishes as representative taxa. During the 3D
seismic survey, tools, labour and machineries were used inside the mangrove forests. Major sources
of faunal impacts observed during the seismic survey operations were from, 1) Physical presence
and movement of the labour and machinery within the forest and 2) Noise and vibration generated
from shooting (underground explosions). There are four major steps involved in the seismic
surveys, that result in disturbances to the system such as initial survey of the area, laying of cables
and geophones, shot hole drilling, and seismic wave generation through underground explosion
(underground explosion). Many elements of mangrovefauna were observed to be disturbed due to
these exploration process especially people interference.
Impacts on Mangrove fauna
There are many direct short term impacts on mangrove fauna from 3D seismic survey as
observed in the field. These temporary effects had mostly short term impacts since the survey
normally lasted only for few days in any given area. Faunal impacts of prospecting exploration
activities through 3D seismic data acquisition can be categorized broadly into two; direct and
indirect impacts. Direct impacts include changes in activity patterns of mangrove fauna especially

Learning Experience Reflection
I believe that true learning requires much more than simply listening to a lecture, reading from a
book, or watching a video. While these all may be involved in the process of learning, hands on
experience and a real desire for knowledge of the subject are needed to truly learn.
Whether in the classroom or clinical setting, I believe that the process of learning should not be
static, but rather fluid in the sense that questions should be asked back and forth between educator
and student. A dialogue should be created so that both student and teacher are actively participating
in the learning process. Through this way of learning, one has to actively think and apply the
information they have on a particular subject, instead of just memorizing facts. I have found that
this is the best way for me to truly process and retain information.
In the clinical setting, hands on experience is the key to learning. During my general practice
residency, I was introduced to the see one, do one, teach one concept by a chief oral and
maxillofacial surgery resident who was assisting me with an advanced bone grafting procedure. I
really enjoy this method of learning within the clinical setting, given that one has had sufficient pre
