MACHINE YOU’LL FIND:
A manual & automatic steam wand, 2
portafilter holders, & a hot water dispenser
(you will learn each step during hands-on
training)
Our drip coffee machine is located on the
right of our espresso machine & also has a
hot water dispenser
Our preset coffee filters are located in the
2nd drawer to the right. These have to
remain fully stocked containing 4 filters in
each plastic container
3. Mini Fridge
OUR MINI FRIDGE IS
LOCATED ON THE BOTTOM
OF ESPRESSO MACHINE
We offer dairy & non-dairy milk
options
We keep 2 of each milk in the mini
fridge at a time
Restock milk is kept in back fridge
Our iced tea is labled & located on
the right bottom side of mini fridge

CONTAINS ON-HAND
SUGARS,STIRS,PLASTIC-WARE &
NAPKINS FOR CUSTOMERS &
EMPLOYEES
THIS IS A HANDY DRAWER YOU WILL
USE OFTEN FOR BUSY DAYS &
SHOULD ALWAYS REMAIN FULLY
STOCKED FOR THE NEXT SHIFT

5. COFFEE BAR RESTOCK
CABINET LOCATIONS
These 2 cabinets are located on the
far left of the espresso bar @ contains
everything you need for restocking the
coffee bar such as:
Cup sleeves, sugars, stir sticks,
plates, napkins, syrups, cups, lids, &
tea bags
On the far right of espresso bar, we
have a 3 tiered white drawer that
contains our plastic-ware restock &
straws
6. Sanitization/Clean
Rags Drawer
This drawer is mostly used to
clean the coffee machine at
night & is next to our sink
You can find supplies such
as, espresso machine
cleaning powder, glass
spray, disinfectant wipes, &
clean rags
Always keep the drawer
supplied with clean rags for
the next shift
7. COFFEE BEANS & TEA
Our Coffee bags are located in
lower cabinet under espresso
machine & are labeled with:
Our tea cans are located on the
drawer left to espresso machine
Iced tea bags & back-up tea
bags are in the lower cabinet
under tea drawer
8. Cup Sizes
HOT DRINKS
must be served with cup sleeve
located next to cup holders
12oz & 16oz share same lid size
ICED DRINKS
are only available in a 16oz size
