Client Central Log In
• Users can reset their passwords by
clicking the Forgot Password
option
• Enter your username and click
Generate New Password
option.
• A new temporary password
will be emailed to you.

Home Page
• The home page includes an announcement scroll detailing current information and helpful Client Central user tips.
• Account Number allows you to enter the 12-digit Equiant # or the customer's name.
• If an account # is entered with spaces, dashes or underscores, they are trimmed and the 12-digit account # will
appear.
• After entering the account #, you can enter or select the page you want rather than selecting the ‘Go’ option.
1. The items on the right allow a user to:
• Return to the Home Screen
• Contact the Client Services team with questions, comments, or requests.
• Update their user profile, Print the page they are on, and log out by opening the three-dot menu

• The email address listed is used for sending new passwords when you select
‘Forgot Password’.
• Ability to default the below pages to open a section when you enter an account
number.

Account Lookup: Used to
review account information
Reports: Provides a lists of available ad hoc,
reoccurring scheduled, and legal reports
Administration: Allows for
Admin user to complete
organization level adjustments
Each header could be different per user
pending on their access permissions.
Campaign: Provides list of
delinquent accounts for Collection

Comments • All actions taken, transaction
processed, status updates,
payments, etc. stamp an auto note
detailing the specifics involved.
• Additional comments can be
entered for customer service and
collection activity.
1. Exit Codes can be entered by a
Call Center agent to identify
the response
• Notes are systematically reviewed,
looking for confidential information
such as bank or credit card
numbers.
• Comment Codes can
track and report or even initiate
further actions.
• ‘RD’ – Reason for
Delinquency
• ‘CT’ – Customer Complaints
• Comments cannot be altered or
deleted once entered, becoming a
permanent portion of the account.
• Printer friendly option is available
by selecting the three-dot menu
and “Print”

• Lender Code may restrict some access if approval is needed before the change

Home Page • The home page includes an announcement scroll detailing current information and helpful Client Central user tips. • Account Number allows you to enter the 12-digit Equiant # or the customer's name. • If an account # is entered with spaces, dashes or underscores, they are trimmed and the 12-digit account # will appear. • After entering the account #, you can enter or select the page you want rather than selecting the ‘Go’ option. 1. General Navigation Account Lookup: Used to review account information Reports: Provides a lists of available ad hoc, reoccurring scheduled, and legal reports Administration: Allows for Admin user to complete organization level adjustments Each header could be different per user pending on their access permissions.   • 7. Tips & Tricks 1. Floating Note & Status Bar - start, continue and complete notes from multiple screens. Provides quick glance to an account’s critical status. Can be viewed from any screen. 2. Collapsible BLUE Banners - expand only what you need, or everything, you choose. 3. Hover over key fields or BLUE text to reveal their secrets. 4. Alerts can be entered and updated from any screen. Account History • Account History houses all the changes on an account from Disposition Codes, Lender Codes, Loan Amendments, and Collection changes. • Loan disposition history is displayed on top. Comments • All actions taken, transaction processed, status updates, payments, etc. stamp an auto note detailing the specifics involved. • Additional comments can be entered for customer service and collection activity. 1.
