Experience
While practicing landscape architecture for over ten years, Tom Snyder has had the opportunity to be
involved with the master planning, design, construction documentation and construction administration of
several prestigious projects from large scale to site specific. His expertise in urban design, specifically mixed-
use retail district planning, resort design, project management and construction knowledge brings an invaluable
dimension to not only the design process but also to the successful result of each development.
Tom’s passion for creating special environments has lead him to projects focusing on mixed-use retail districts,
resort design and institutional developments within such projects as Main Street Commons, The Lofts at
Kierland Commons, The Rocks at Pinnacle Peak, We-Ko-Pa Golf Club, Villa Cortez Resort and Kierland
Westin Resort & Spa Renovation. Other project experience includes The University of Arizona Highland
District Housing, Highland Commons and the Highland District Open Space, as well as Pima Community
College Northwest Campus in Tucson.*

Experience
Josh Hannon has over twelve years of experience in land planning, and site design. He has been
profoundly involved in various aspects of the entitlement and land development processes including
community, mixed-use, commercial and industrial. Josh prides himself within his abilities in project
management and his dedication to client relations.
Some projects he has been involved in over the course of his career throughout the East Valley including
neighborhoods within Power Ranch, Pima Center, Power Marketplace* and Spectrum at Val Vista*. His
experience enables particular insight into new community, and site design projects, current interests lie
in formulating meaningful design solutions that balance environmental responsibility and creating
communities that he would be proud to live in.
