 Pankaj is the founder of EPatents and holds a M.Tech(Mechanical) from IIT Kanpur. He has a mix of R&D
and Patent Consultancy experience with Indian and foreign MNCs like L&T, Patel Alumit ,Siemens which
gave him exposure to US, EU and Indian Patent System and enough confidence to start working on his
own. He has been trained in claim drafting by US and EP Patent attorneys and has drafted more than 150
Patent applications for US, EP and Indian Patent jurisdictions covering fields including Mechanical,
Electrical, IT, Software. He is also a Registered IndianPatent Agent.
 He also frequently visits clients to provide training on IP and Patent Awareness. He likes to work with the
inventors on a personal level for helping them finding Patentable things in their work till their Patent is filled
