This document outlines Entrepreneurs Without Boundaries' (EWB) initiative to support refugee entrepreneurs. EWB aims to create an ecosystem where refugees can start businesses and find employment opportunities through a marketplace connecting them with mentors, cultural mediators, alumni entrepreneurs, and companies seeking their skills. The initiative's first prototype involves a micro-hub providing mentoring and interviewing support to refugee entrepreneurs in Belgium. Going forward, EWB plans to expand this model by establishing a network of micro-hubs, a mentoring pool, funding sources, and a cooperative governance structure involving stakeholders from the refugee and business communities. Their long-term goal is to issue social impact bonds that fund entrepreneurship programs saving governments money by reducing unemployment
