This document provides an overview of an entrepreneurial leadership training resource. It discusses entrepreneurial leadership as a fusion of leadership and entrepreneurship, focusing on having an opportunistic mindset while providing strategic vision. The training resource aims to help managers adopt this style of leadership by gaining an understanding of how individual actions can positively influence their organization.
