European Innovation Partnership on Active and Healthy Ageing
The purpose of mHealth Booster –RDI project is to plan and co-create with the clients,
professionals and entrepreneurs active and participative development environments
(test environments). Health technology products, solutions and services will be tested and developed tthrough Action research and user-driven methods in real life as Living Lab approach.
Soukka Service Center is one of the development environments in City of Espoo, Finland.
The environment will be planned together with the elderly people living at their own homes, professionals and entrepreneurs. The activities of the mHealth Booster focuses on empowering elderly people to live independently at their own homes as long as possible. Technological solutions support and combine health and wellbeing of the elderly people.
The main objective of the Action Research of the mHealth Booster -project is to find out how e.g. new mobile products and services can be co-created and developed by elderly people and their significant others and professionals.
