d) participating in general development projects where hardware/software/component
knowledge is demanded
e) representing of factory in international affairs (if testing)
f) PTT project managing still overlapping current tasks
Main accomplishments: Evolving increase of testing equipment from 20 to 65 pending
3 years. With minimal standstill periods.
Completion of high-skilled backuping engineering team capable to solve tasks beyond
their home-domain as testing is.

Kiev paper mill, Ukraine. As there was used modern Experion config system, my task
comprised of survey of Honeywell Ukraine configuration. Project's principal was Voith
(Germany), attending supplier GeCo+ (Austria). HECC (Estonia) performed as GeCo+
subsupplier .

coverage : PTT team management by : following-up PTT costs; representation of site in
PTT affairs; engineering changover order management;
technological transfer of production line; setting up the production team; recruitment;
training; quality systems and reports; testing equipment evaluation and approval;
testing equipment procurement, setup, tuning;
procurement, setup and driving of specific machinery of electronics industry;
prototyping; negotiations with customer; audit follow-ups; project closing.
Main accomplishments: Kone (elevators), Bombardier (I/O modules for trains), ABB
(electricity transmission line alert modules), Schneider (dimmers) transfers.
