My name is Raluca Butea and I have been an AIESEC member since autumn 2010. Currently, I am VP
Noncorporate elect for the term 2012-2013. I have been working with Adriana since the beginning of
her term as ICX Non-Corporate Vice President.
Ever since the first project I have been working with her, she proved to be taking things very seriously.
Adriana really puts a lot of passion in what she is doing and this passion can be seen not only in her
attinude but also in the results she brought so far on her term. One obvious example is the
overachievement of the objectives of the term 2010-2011.
Also, I think what drives her is the passion for people. In her behaviour as VP, she demonstrated that she
can have a great contribution in people’s development and experiences. I could see this, from the way
she lead her teams, but also from her interaction to all the trainees coming in AIESEC Cluj since I was a
member of the organisation.
What I really appreciate at her way of working is the ability to work under presurre and the fact that she
is solution orientated. I have been working with her as my superior for two projects and she helped me
find solutions efficiently when they were needed. Moreover, she proved to be able to cope with both VP
and NST and to have constant overview on both of the positions.
But the main reason that I consider Adriana suitable for being part of the Members’ Comitee team 2012-
2013 is her desire to always push her limits to do more and to achieve more. I strongly believe that by
taking this opportunity, Adriana will have a great contribution on the Non-corporate Area on her term,
and also, I am convinced that she will do everything in her power for this to happen.
