Hello, You! You may know me, or you may not as well. I am Cristina Podaru, also known
as Cris Po and with your kind approval, I would like to prove you in a few lines that Miss
Adriana Bozbiciu is fully entitled to become the next MC VP Non-Corporate
Development of AIESEC Romania -2012/2013.
I have been working on ICX projects since I first began my activity in AIESEC, summer of
2011. At first, I thought it was because of the wonderful projects we have in Cluj or
because I was attracted by the internationalism side. It was! But then, I was free to
choose doing any other department work, as I was a TM member, first of all. But
working under Adri’s coordination seemed more than natural as she was a role model
and an inspirational VP for her members and for me, mainly.
I think the LC results speak for themselves and this endorsement letter may seem a little
pointless, but still, I will go on with facts that will enhance the afore-mentioned
statement. As you know for sure, AIESEC Cluj-Napoca is the most developed LC on ICX-
Non Corporate area because of Adri’s commitment and constant perseverance. It was
not only about reaching high realisation objectives, it was about creating life-changing
experiences and qualitative internships that actually have an impact on all the
stakeholders. And most of all, it was about working with passion and creating life-time
friendships with her members and trainees! Her dedication to this department has
never stopped; instead it was a motivational factor for the entire LC.
During all this time I have been amazed by her knowledge, by her capacity of work and
by the fact she would always encourage and support me and the other members.
Imagine that I had been activating in AIESEC for around 5 months and decided to run
for VP Non-Corporate Development, just because I fell in love with this department and
got inspired by Adri’s work and overall involvement. She has definitely that something
as she makes things very professionally, loves to innovate and also to keep her
members close all the time. Quality and constant improvement is something she
believes in and this is what AIESEC Romania needs right now.
I may add up that she is also a very funny girl that is never sad and barely does know
the meaning of anger. This is something, isn’t it? I bet you want a person like that
standing next to you! Well, you can have her!
I am ending right here this endorsement letter with the faith that you will make the best
the decision for AIESEC Romania, which is choosing Adri as the next MC VP of Non-
Corporate Development.
