Introduction
• Endless runner is a video game genre of
action game.
• In a endless runner the player controlled
character must jump and climb between
given platforms while avoiding obstacles.
• Environments often feature uneven terrain
of varying height that must be traversed.
• The player often has some control over
the height and distance of jumps to avoid
letting their character fall to their death or
miss necessary jumps.
• The most common unifying element of
games of this genre is the jump button, but
now there are other alternatives like
swiping a touchscreen.
System Design - Flowchart
Module 1 : Character Module
• In this proposed system main purpose is to
Create a character (player model) also we are
going to add obstacles.
• In this proposed system the character or player
model who will run on the path avoiding
obstacles will be designed here.
• In this system we are going to develop a robot /
cartoon as a character, because humans can’t
run endlessly.
Module 2 : Movement Module
• This module proposes movements of character
by using keyboard keys.
• In this proposed system the movements of
player will be carried out here.
• The movements like jump, turn etc. are added
here by coding using things like forward vector
etc. also speed of character initially is given
here.
Module 3 : Obstacle Module
• This module proposes of adding obstacle
avoidance through keyboard keys.
• The collision detection is one of the key point for
this game. When a player strikes obstacle then
game should terminate.
• If not then there is no importance for obstacles.
Also if character goes out of bound/path the
game should terminate too.
Module 4 : Checkpoint Module
• This module proposes of adding checkpoints
which will increase complexity level.
• For this proposed system we will be adding
more complexity levels. When complexity
(frequent obstacles, increase in speed)
increases the brain activities will start acting as
hand-eye coordination as well as increase in
brain usage.
Module 5 : Performance Analysis
• In this module we are going to test the game and bug
fixing will be done here.
• In this proposed system environment and graphics will
be rich.
• The GUI for players will also be great. The testing of this
will be also done on unreal engines inbuilt platform.
• So the performance analysis there are benchmark like
Fps(frames per second), in time criteria there is delay in
ms.
• For having low delay there is need of high end computer.
Requirements
• Hardware requirements :
Intel i3 Processor 4GB RAM (minimum)
• Software requirements: Unreal Engine 4.
• Other requirements: Internet connection.

• Rich quality of GUI and in game
environment.

Conclusion
• The proposed system will help to reduce
some amount or percentage of stress.
• Proposed system will be a non violent
game i.e. it will not have any harmful
content like killing or fatalities which
changes human behaviour.

  • 3. Introduction • Endless runner is a video game genre of action game. • In a endless runner the player controlled character must jump and climb between given platforms while avoiding obstacles. • Environments often feature uneven terrain of varying height that must be traversed.
  • 4. • The player often has some control over the height and distance of jumps to avoid letting their character fall to their death or miss necessary jumps. • The most common unifying element of games of this genre is the jump button, but now there are other alternatives like swiping a touchscreen.
  • 5. System Design - Flowchart
  • 6. Module 1 : Character Module • In this proposed system main purpose is to Create a character (player model) also we are going to add obstacles. • In this proposed system the character or player model who will run on the path avoiding obstacles will be designed here. • In this system we are going to develop a robot / cartoon as a character, because humans can’t run endlessly.
  • 7. Module 2 : Movement Module • This module proposes movements of character by using keyboard keys. • In this proposed system the movements of player will be carried out here. • The movements like jump, turn etc. are added here by coding using things like forward vector etc. also speed of character initially is given here.
  • 8. Module 3 : Obstacle Module • This module proposes of adding obstacle avoidance through keyboard keys. • The collision detection is one of the key point for this game. When a player strikes obstacle then game should terminate. • If not then there is no importance for obstacles. Also if character goes out of bound/path the game should terminate too.
  • 9. Module 4 : Checkpoint Module • This module proposes of adding checkpoints which will increase complexity level. • For this proposed system we will be adding more complexity levels. When complexity (frequent obstacles, increase in speed) increases the brain activities will start acting as hand-eye coordination as well as increase in brain usage.
  • 10. Module 5 : Performance Analysis • In this module we are going to test the game and bug fixing will be done here. • In this proposed system environment and graphics will be rich. • The GUI for players will also be great. The testing of this will be also done on unreal engines inbuilt platform. • So the performance analysis there are benchmark like Fps(frames per second), in time criteria there is delay in ms. • For having low delay there is need of high end computer.
  • 11. Requirements • Hardware requirements : Intel i3 Processor 4GB RAM (minimum) • Software requirements: Unreal Engine 4. • Other requirements: Internet connection.

  • 24. Conclusion • The proposed system will help to reduce some amount or percentage of stress. • Proposed system will be a non violent game i.e. it will not have any harmful content like killing or fatalities which changes human behaviour.
