Analyzing a Union Budget is a complex task that involves assessing various aspects of a government's fiscal policy, including revenue generation, expenditure allocation, economic priorities, and the potential impact on various sectors and the overall economy
The Union Budget for 2017-18 pledged relief for rural India, middle class taxpayers and small and medium-sized companies in the Union Budget 2017-18, saying the government would spend thousands of crores to double farmers' incomes, upgrade infrastructure and provide affordable housing. While unveiling the budget the Hon’ble Finance Minister emphasised that the budget is built on three pillars “Transform, Energise and Clean India”, that is, TEC India. This agenda of TEC India seeks to transform the quality of governance and quality of life of the citizens of India, energise various sections of society, especially the youth and the vulnerable sections of the society and enable them to unleash their true potential. The emphasis of TEC India is also to clean the country from the evils of corruption, black money, and non-transparent political funding. The main focus of the Budget has been to boost government expenditure in order to increase growth, and to muster employment generation.
The Finance Minister said the Indian economy was doing well despite global trends of slowing growth in other emerging economies. He also delivered a big relief to foreign portfolio investors by exempting them from indirect transfer provisions. The centre’s budget size has been pegged at Rs. 21.47 lakh crore, with an increase of 25.47 per cent in capital expenditure. As regards fiscal consolidation, the FM has targeted fiscal deficit of 3.2 per cent for 2017-18 as against earlier target of 3 per cent. For agriculture and rural sector, Mr Jaitley has increased the allocation by 24 per cent to Rs. 1.87 lakh crore for 2017-18. In the case of infrastructure, the planned public investment stood at massive Rs. 3.96 lakh crore.
We have developed an analysis of the budget, which includes opinion pieces from eminent economists and experts.
“The message is loud and clear,” said Jagannadham Thunuguntla, chief executive of SMC Group, a brokerage firm based here. “The government seems to be saying that it has done as much as it could and there is no headroom left and has pretty much left corporates to fend for themselves.”
Islam (/ˈɪslɑːm/;[note 1] Arabic: الإسلام, al-ʾIslām IPA: [alʔisˈlaːm] ( listen);[note 2] historically called Muhammadanism in non-Islamic Anglophone societies)[note 3] is a monotheistic and Abrahamic religion articulated by the Qur'an, a religious text considered by its adherents to be the verbatim word of God (Allāh), and, for the vast majority of adherents, by the teachings and normative example (called the sunnah, composed of accounts called hadith) of Muhammad (c. 570–8 June 632 CE). An adherent of Islam is called a Muslim (sometimes spelled "Moslem").[2] Muslims believe that God is one and incomparable[3] and that the purpose of existence is to worship God.[4] Nearly all Muslims consider Muhammad to be the last prophet of God.
Muslims also believe that Islam is the complete and universal version of a primordial faith that was revealed many times before through prophets including Adam, Noah, Abraham, Moses, and Jesus.[5] As for the Qur'an, Muslims consider it to be both the unaltered and the final revelation of God.[6] Religious concepts and practices include the five pillars of Islam, which are obligatory acts of worship, and following Islamic law, which touches on virtually every aspect of life and society, from banking and welfare to the status of women and the environment.[7][8]
Islam began in the early-7th century. Originating in Mecca, it quickly spread in the Arabian peninsula and by the 8th century the Islamic empire was extended from Iberia in the west to the Indus river in the east. The Islamic Golden Age refers to the period traditionally dated from the 8th century to the 13th century when much of the historically Islamic world was experiencing a scientific, economic and cultural flourishing.[9][10][11] The expansion of the Muslim world involved various caliphates and empires, traders and conversion to Islam by missionary activities.
As global communication expands throughout the world, so does the need for a global language. A language that is recognized and understood by people everywhere. In many parts of the world that language has been established, English. In most countries around the globe the English language can be found in some form or another, whether it be an international news broadcast, such as CNN, or a Chicago Bulls tee-shirt. "What centuries of British colonialism and decades of Esperanto couldn’t do, a few years of free trade, MTV, and the Internet has. English dominates international business, politics, and culture more than any other language in human history." (Rohde) For this world to be truly global, there must be some commonality or ease of communication. "If trade and tourism around the world are going to operate and a global economy function and a global culture flourish, a widely shared, reasonably accessible language is requisite."
The Indus Valley Civilization (IVC) was a Bronze Age civilization (3300–1300 BCE; mature period 2600–1900 BCE) mainly in the northwestern regions of South Asia, extending from what today is northeast Afghanistan to Pakistan and northwest India.[2] Indus "is one of three in the 'Ancient East' that, along with Mesopotamia and Pharonic Egypt, was a cradle of early civilization in the Old World," and of the three, the most widespread.[3] It flourished in the basins of the Indus River, which flows through the length of Pakistan, and along a system of perennial, mostly monsoon-fed, rivers that once coursed in the vicinity of the seasonal Ghaggar-Hakra river in northwest India and eastern Pakistan.[4][5][6] Aridification of this region during the 3rd millennium BCE may have been the initial spur for the urbanisation associated with the civilization, but eventually also reduced the water supply enough to cause the civilization's demise, and to scatter its population eastward.

Two-way process of reaching mutual understanding, in which participants not only exchange (encode-decode) information, news, ideas and feelings but also create and share meaning. In general, communication is a means of connecting people or places. In business, it is a key function of management--an organization cannot operate without communication between levels, departments and employees.
Management – act of allocating resources to accomplish desired goals and objectives efficiently and effectively. Management comprises planning, organizing, staffing, leading or directing, and controlling an organization (a group of one or more people or entities) or effort for the purpose of accomplishing a goal.

2. Employment growth :
The number of payroll jobs that are created every month, as
reported by the Bureau of Labor Statistics. A higher number
indicates that employment fields are being filled up, hence
leading to a stronger economic condition.
3. Employment structure in India:
In India, agriculture contributes to 67.9% of employment but it only
contributes to 38.34% of rural GDP and about 12% to India’s GDP. It
shows that even though structural transformation in GDP taken place
rapidly, transformation in employment is very slow especially in rural
areas.
4. Pursuing employment growth in india :
• Reflecting the uptick in the economy, employment generation in
the eight key sectors grew at its fastest pace in over two years
during the first quarter of this fiscal, with more jobs being given
to permanent category workers.
• As many as 1,82,000 jobs were created in these eight sectors
including textiles, IT and automobiles during April to June 2015,
according to a quarterly survey by the labour ministry.
• In contrast, 36,000 jobs were lost in these sectors in the quarter
ended March 2015. The sharpest growth prior to this was in the
quarter ended December 2015 when 2,26,000 jobs were added
in these sectors.
5.

2. Maximum Pay: 2,25,000 per month for Apex Scale and₹
2,50,000 per month for Cabinet Secretary and others₹
presently at the same pay level.
3.Financial Implications: a) The total financial impact in the FY
2016-17 is likely to be 1,02,100 crore, over the expenditure as₹
per the „Business As Usual scenario. Of this, the increase in‟
pay would be 39,100 crore, increase in allowances would be₹ ₹
29,300 crore and increase in pension would be 33,700 crore.₹
b) Out of the total financial impact of 1,02,100 crore, 73,650₹ ₹
crore will be borne by the General Budget and 28,450 crore by₹
the Railway Budget. c) In percentage terms the overall increase
in pay & allowances and pensions over the „Business As Usual‟
scenario will be 23.55 percent. Within this, the increase in pay
will be 16 percent, increase in allowances will be 63 percent,
and increase in pension would be 24 percent. d) The total
impact of the Commission's recommendations are expected to
entail an increase of 0.65 percentage points in the ratio of
expenditure on (Pay Allowances+ Pension) to GDP compared
