MY BURNING ISSUE

What is empathy?
Empath is defined in webster dictionary as the action of understanding, being
aware of, being sensitive to, and vicariously experiencing the feelings, thoughts,
and experience of another of either the past or present without having the
feelings, thoughts, and experience fully communicated in an objectively explicit
manner.
Why empathy is important
● Empathy is important because it enhance our relationships with other and
helps us feel great about ourselves and others in an authentic way.
● It also leads to more helping behavior .
● Be able to motivate people.
● Makes it easier to work within a group or one on one.

What happen when we don’t use empathy ?
● We would never be able to connect with one another.
● Would not be able to know right from wrong.
What happen if we don't address the lack of empathy
● Misinterpretations will became more common and conflict will aries
● Relationships will be affected.
● Leads to not understand people background.
● Lack of compassion.

My Solution
Challenge yourself…
-Undertake challenging experiences which push you
outside your comfort zone ask for feedback and make
sure you don’t challenge truly listen to them and see
where you can improve and help others do the same.
