SAY THINK DO FEEL At school you can act casually with both students and professors, and working full time you cannot. There is a hierarchy and you have to be more formal. I had an internship so I had most of the training I needed. Working for 12 hours each shift was very hard, especially at nights. When I first started working I had trouble finding things to do for that long. I think she was comfortable in an relaxed environment, instead of the stuffy corporate one. I think she was well trained for her job, and as a result feels confident in her abilities, and could do well from day one. I think she doesn’t like working for extended periods because it is hard to stay motivated for 12 straight hours. I feel like creative work is best done when relaxed, and technical work, the environment should be more rigorous I feel like those who do internships WITH the company they end up working for can thrive faster and longer, and grow. I feel like there should be a way for people to reinvigorate yourself after a few hours of work to increase productivity.
