candidates has been interviewed
Analyzing the candidates, but rarely using the grades defined. The
empathy factors were far more influent.
Think
Probably the tradeoff between urgency and quality is the main source of
concerning for the leaders. They are not prepared to hire a team and
don't have enough time to get this preparation. They don´t have even a
model of how the team will work to face the numerous challenges they
have in backlog.
Besides that, the approved budget is small, imposing a lean team.
Feel
They are aware about the mistakes they made before, willing to have
success and they know that the team is very important to reach their
goal.
The level of concerning are different among them, regarded to the
process itself.
Stakeholders
Responsible to manage a process and developting area in a big company of
logistics.
Problem statement
The leaders needs a way to bring together people with the desired skills to
form a successful team because they have a peculiar environment of
software development
