STAKEHOLDER: JIM, a student in his last year at the University

  the
  comple,on
  of
  work
  for
  the
  last
  ,me

Plans
  personal
  ac,vi,es
  but
  rarely
  finishes

them.

Calls
  design
  companies
  to
  learn
  all
  he
  couln’t

do
  at
  his
  college.

Searches
  for
  informa,on
  of
  the
  companies

that
  he
  would
  love
  to
  work
  in.

My
  school
  will
  probably
  disappear
  because
  of

the
  public
  budget
  cuts.

I
  like
  those
  teachers
  that
  fight
  for
  giving
  access

to
  the
  studios.
  Thaat
  give
  you
  the
  opportunity

to
  work.

I
  liked
  the
  studio
  to
  apply
  the
  job
  just
  because

the
  seemed
  abroad.
  I
  was
  surprised
  that
  they

were
  in
  Madrid
  because
  the
  site
  was
  in

English.

There´s
  something
  important
  ths
  is
  not
  taught

at
  the
  college.
  He
  must
  complete
  essen,al

issues
  by
  his
  own.

His
  teachers
  are
  more
  worried
  about
  their

future
  than
  in
  his
  learning.

The
  proffesional
  path
  of
  his
  learning
  is
  not

present
  at
  the
  University.
  Too
  much
  focused

to
  the
  personal
  experimenta,on,
  and
  very
  far

from
  the
  real
  life.

Sad
  for
  his
  difficul,es
  to
  complete
  his
  tasks.

He
  feels
  that
  his
  is
  not
  ready
  for
  work
  because

he
  is
  not
  ready
  for
  a
  professional
  way
  of

working.

He
  feels
  that
  he
  must
  control
  the
  ,me.

His
  biggest
  challenge
  is
  leaving
  home.
  His
  plan

is
  more
  focused
  on
  that
  than
  in
  doing
  a
  good

work
  as
  a
  designer.

He
  must
  be
  more
  brisk
  about
  his
  future.
  The

school
  hasn´t
  support
  this,
  and
  it´s
  the
  most

important.

Jim need a way up to feel that he has
completed a task with professional level to
feel socially legitimized to take a step
forward with his life.
