MR. JACK
Mr. Jack
Mr Jack is an undergraduate student studying
Mechanical Engineering for the past 2 years. He
has been studying in the Indian Education
System for the past 18years. He is a very keen
learner and loves to experiment what he learns.
He is very sensitive to his surroundings and
keenly observes small phenomena around him. He
believes in action more than words.

1. “ I’m a person who is really bad at mugging up the textual
content”
2. “ Learning through seeing and by doing, I feel is more
effective than trying to imagine the process while reading
the theory of the process itself”

4. “ I would love to experiment everything I read if it was
possible to do that.”
5. “I feel the most theoretical subjects like history can be
made interesting by using visuals to teach.”

actual learning itself”

experiments or demonstrations of the topic I’m reading

11. “Magnetism was one chapter I hated during my high
school. All I could see were the field lines, apart from that I
could neither see it nor feel it!”
12. “Learning for the sake of learning should be discouraged.”
13. “Interest in a particular subject can spread through logic
and visuals of what you are trying to convey through
words”
14. “ I do realize there are topics where demonstrating a
concept through an experiment is tough, in such cases I
would use pictures and videos. For example nuclear fission
is hard to demonstrate in reality but a video will always do
a better job than asking kids to imagine”

you if you are watchful about your surroundings”
16. “ In days like now where technology has grown to a
large extent I’m sure it’s not hard to find pictures and
videos on your lesson topics!”

the existing technology is what the schools have to be
thinking.”
18. “I believe that learning is a continuous process.”

he just reads.

demonstration of the concepts.”
