Akamai’s NetIntelligence Partner Program.
Created and analyze Salesforce reports and
campaigns in support of partner metric
tracking for IBM and AT&T.
IBM Prospect Security Campaign
Ran and analyzed Salesforce reports to
generate lead contact information.
Wrote and edited three different email
marketing campaigns for the Financial,
Healthcare, and Public Sectors.
Imported key Akamai security assets into a
three-step email blast for each campaign.
Tracked campaign analytics by measuring
click-out rates, white paper downloads, and
contact pulling.
IBM Upsell & Cross-sell Campaign
Utilized Salesforce to research the status of
over 200 IBM customers.
Drafted a three-step email marketing
campaign to encourage IBM customers to:
• Upsell to Bot Manager or Cloudlets
• Cross-sell from security to performance or
vice versa.
Wrote and designed all emails used in
campaign.
Collaborated with Channel Sales to research
the probability of upsell and/or cross-sell
opportunities within companies.
IBM Akamai University Training Event
Created registration email, microsite, and
information capturing site via HTML, google
forms, and Microsoft Excel.
Communicated and negotiated deals with
various third-party agencies with regards to
travel and accommodations.
Found co-branded IBM & Akamai marketing
materials for 30+ IBM employees.
Networked with dozens of high level
employees both in Akamai and IBM!
AT&T Commerce Holiday Campaign
Used Salesforce to research account statuses
of over 250 AT&T leads in order to generate a
list of potential campaign contacts.
Utilized Discover.org and LinkedIn to pull
contact information for lead generation.
Equipped the Commerce Channel Marketing
team with an excel sheet with over 500 leads.
AT&T Monthly Product Newsletter
Worked with Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft
Excel, Salesforce, and Discover.org to gather
and create content for monthly newsletters.
Researched recently closed, high revenue
AT&T deals to feature in newsletter.
Wrote summary paragraphs and created
hyperlinks for all sections of the newsletter.
My Most Memorable Moment..
I had the pleasure of being a member of
the 2016 Boston Intern Olympic Team.
Although our team came in 4th place,
which we are still a little bitter about,
Akamai is still #1 in my eyes!
