What is
Change?
Change is the process of making
something different than it was
before.
Is Change good? Or bad?
- In a recent survey that we conducted, we
concluded that 66% of people think that
change is positive.
- Only 3.5% percent thought change was
negative
Resistance Against
Change
Change is Hard
People feel like the other people
should change to fit them.
Some people are scared of the
unknown
Look at change as if it was bad
Excited for Change
Why some See
Change as Easy
They are thrilled at the idea of
change and look for it all the time.
They see change as good not a bad
thing
They adapt quickly to what is
happening so they do not have huge
strides to conform to what is
happening around
Why Change is
Needed
Change Means
Growth
In today’s technological world,
change keeps happening faster and
faster
- Customer Needs are evolving
- Challenging the status quo
Companies that
Do Not Change,
Fail.
Even the largest companies can be
brought down if they are not ready to
adapt to consumers needs
Ex: Blockbuster, Toys R Us, etc.
These companies did not have an
adaptive mindset.
How to
Implement
Change
Implementing
Change
Take small steps instead of large
leaps.
Think about the change carefully and
look at the risks and balance it out.
Make sure the change is clear and
everyone is on board with it.
How to Keep
Adapting to
Change
Being Proactive
on Being Adaptive
The main aspect that someone
needs is to keep an open mind.
Take each change as a learning
experience.
Look forward to what can come in
the future.
