WHO ARE WE? 
Emakina is a full service digital native agency. Founded in 2001 
with more than 500 specialists in Europe including about 30 people 
in western Switzerland. 
Our regional presence began with the creation of LABEL.ch, 
an agency founded in Geneva in 2000, which joined the Emakina 
Group in 2012, becoming Emakina.CH. 
At the heart of this marriage was a similarity of fundamentals: 
affinity, likeness of positioning and complementary skills. 
Our local Swiss team is now surrounded by a considerable amount 
of additional expertise in all areas of communications.
EMAKINA IS GLOCAL 
On one hand, it is comprised of people from many different cultures 
and a variety of perspectives and on the other hand, wherever you'll 
find one of our offices, you'll also find local Emakinians. And a local 
partner/shareholder of Emakina Group, a direct access to the owners.

ROUNDTABLE / MONTHLY MEETING 
We promote dialogue across all levels. At least once per month, 
we organize an open roundtable in our lounge to discuss personal 
passion or professional items. Emakina’s lounge is a place designed 
to share information with all our stakeholders: clients, partners, 
suppliers, employees, candidates, or any other team member.
FUN & DISCIPLINE 
Emakina culture is a balance of fun and discipline. 
No meeting will be held without a stated purpose and a desired 
outcome. No meeting takes place without a clear agenda. Meetings 
start on time and finish on time--or early. When you’re in a meeting 
at Emakina, full attention is required. 
We celebrate individual and team achievements, recognize 
the best players, and reward whenever possible.
LEADERSHIP 
Our leaders are respected internally and externally because they lead 
by example. They’re not exempt from upholding the company 
in the same way the rest of the team is. They take ownership 
and assume responsibility for their actions. 
Accountability is paramount, but leaders must also anticipate 
roadblocks and dispatch the right individuals to help remove them. 
The term “manager” means: “a person who is capable of helping 
another to achieve his or her dream”. We never forget that.

Our customers come first. We measure our success through 
our clients. When we talk, we always explain that the customer 
solved the problem, and we simply supported them through 
the problem-solving process. 
We’ve developed special relationships with our clients. They like 
to share with us. We know their tastes, their expectations, needs, 
behavior and trends. This relationship is constantly enriched 
by interaction. It’s why we call this bond a partnership.

  • 6. WHO ARE WE? Emakina is a full service digital native agency. Founded in 2001 with more than 500 specialists in Europe including about 30 people in western Switzerland. Our regional presence began with the creation of LABEL.ch, an agency founded in Geneva in 2000, which joined the Emakina Group in 2012, becoming Emakina.CH. At the heart of this marriage was a similarity of fundamentals: affinity, likeness of positioning and complementary skills. Our local Swiss team is now surrounded by a considerable amount of additional expertise in all areas of communications.

Emakina’s lounge is a place designed to share information with all our stakeholders: clients, partners, suppliers, employees, candidates, or any other team member.
