Sansan. Turning encounters into innovation
Objectives
Sansan engaged Ellerton & Co. in 2019 to support their brand building efforts in Singapore and
Southeast Asia, which was challenging having originally been founded in Japan and therefore
relatively unknown internationally. The PR support was primarily aimed at driving new business
leads and growing Sansan’s regional market, led by the Regional CEO Edward Senju. When we
started working with the company, they were still private and had not yet IPO’d (now they are
listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange and worth billions of dollars).
Results
Having worked with Sansan for two years, Ellerton & Co. has delivered exceptional PR results,
securing coverage in tier-1 global media such as Bloomberg, CNBC, The Economist, BBC, and
more. We have supported their business objectives of driving up interest in the brand among
prospective clients who have reached out to Sansan after seeing coverage. Identifying interesting
story angles that achieve cut through with editors, including executive profiling that helps to add

Sportradar. Positioning Sportradar as a sports data and technology pioneer
Objectives
E&C was tasked with raising the profile of Sportradar in Asia and spotlighting their unique
capabilities and offerings for stakeholders in the sports ecosystem. E&C advised them as a run up
to the company’s NASDAQ IPO this year, and since then has focused on positioning them as
thought leaders and torch bearers in the industry.
Results
E&C has supported Sportradar by driving visibility in leading media outlets in Southeast Asia as
well as Asia including in CNBC, South China Morning Post, and global sports trade media like the
Sport Business.
We formulated a comprehensive long term PR strategy and workplan, focused on delivering
impactful coverage, thought leadership platforms and nurtured media relationships. We
announced partnerships with the likes of UEFA, ICC, NBA and others – but most importantly told
multiple creative stories in data, technology, marketing and other areas maintaining a steady
drumbeat of coverage.
FAT Projects. One of Southeast Asia’s first SPACS to IPO on the Nasdaq
Objectives
FAT Projects planned to list a SPAC on the Nasdaq stock exchange in the US, becoming one of the
first to do so in Singapore and Southeast Asia’s. To drum up institutional interest and awareness
around the listing, as well as the pedigree of their founders and advisory team, they engaged
Ellerton & Co. to help with comms efforts in the lead up to (and during) the IPO.
Results
Ellerton & Co. secured coverage in leading media for FAT Projects, including a live television
appearance on CNBC and a mention in Reuters within the first month. The company and its
founders have also appeared in leading regional titles such as Australian Financial Review (two of
the founders are Australian), Fortune Indonesia, The Straits Times, The Bangkok Post, The Jakarta
Post, and many more.

Tribe. Singapore’s first government backed blockchain accelerator and deep tech community
Objectives
Tribe wanted to make blockchain a part of mainstream conversations and needed a PR
partner to help with their storytelling. The goal was to elevate PR efforts beyond press
releases and partnership announcements.
Results
We crafted a corporate communications strategy under which we defined several PR intervention
points and leveraged a mix of tools like op-eds, exclusive interviews, topical media pitches, indus-
try commentaries amongst others. We secured the Prestige magazine cover for the co-founder of
Tribe, drove compelling bylines in the Business Times, and also focused on entrepreneur awards
and recognition through inclusion in the GenT list (by Tatler), Prestige 40 under 40, the Peak, Next
Gen amongst others. Tribe coverage also spanned across startup, technology and blockchain
media.
STACS. Transforming green finance with disruptive blockchain technology
Objectives
STACS engaged Ellerton & Co. in 2020 to grow their brand visibility in their local market of
Singapore as a new start-up. Their founder was a second-time entrepreneur with a track
record of building up his previous business to 300 employees and appreciated the
importance of positioning the company as a thought leader in blockchain.
Results
In just slightly over a year, we have delivered approximately 120 pieces of media coverage
across leading titles including Nikkei, TechCrunch, The Business Times and a broad
spectrum of banking and finance, mainstream and technology media. STACS has gone on
to secure Series A funding and dozens of new partnerships in the past year and has
become a household name in the blockchain ecosystem and as attained recognition as a
Blockchain Technology thought leader in Singapore.

Broctagon. Putting a spotlight on the technology enabler of the crypto ecosystem
Objectives
With a decade of expertise in forex markets, Broctagon was now turning towards the crypto
markets and wanted to fuel its business efforts by hiring a PR firm. We partnered with them to
help position them as a voice of authority in the fintech space.
Results
E&C formulated a PR plan that focused on developing media relationships and delivering high
quality coverage in media outlets like the Straits Times, Forkast, The Asset amongst others. We
raised their share of voice by enabling their participation in topical industry commentaries and
standalone large format stories.
We looked to position them as not just a backup tech providers for the crypto exchanges but as a
player looking to solve critical issues in the crypto space. Frontier technology providers to liquidity
enablers to problem solvers for crypto, these are some of the terms that the company is now
associated with. We profiled the founder and female leadership from the company, using all
opportunities to spotlight their tech capabilities and position in the industry.
Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne. The world-renowned hospitality management university
with campuses in Switzerland and Singapore
Objectives
This year, EHL opened their first international campus in Singapore. Our objective was to increase
awareness and intrigue for the world renowned hospitality university in Singapore, Hong Kong
and the wider region. As well as announcing news by disseminating press releases, Ellerton & Co
profiled members of the Senior Management team of EHL Campus (Singapore) and the umbrella
EHL Group. We also profiled EHL alumni and students to publications in order to communicate
EHL’s success stories and thought leadership pieces on the education and hospitality space.
Results
Over the last year, Ellerton & Company have achieved a variety of print, online and radio coverage
for EHL within top-tier publications including The Business Times, Money FM, PORTFOLIO, C.N.A
and The Edge. Having pitched a number of different angles - from education to hospitality insight
and profiling - we continue to achieve coverage throughout the region.
Notably, Ellerton & Company organised a successful media event to introduce Singapore-based
journalists to EHL by organising an on-site tour, presentation and introduction to the EHL
Campus (Singapore) team. Next year, we hope to organise a media trip to the campuses in
Switzerland pending COVID-19 restrictions.

Andermatt Swiss Alps. A true year-round destination with active adventures, premium real estate
and luxury hotels, located in the heart of Switzerland.
Objectives
Andermatt Swiss Alps wanted to raise awareness and create intrigue for the destination and
offerings available to an Asian audience. As well as educating consumers about Andermatt,
located in the heart of Switzerland, Andermatt Swiss Alps wanted to launch a collection of new
properties to real estate investors within the region.
Results
Following the launch of Andermatt Swiss Alps’ latest property, Silva, exclusively to Asian investors
we secured an online story in SCMP. Regional Director of Asia Maureen Yeo was able to share
insights into why Andermatt Swiss Alps targeted investors from Asia Pacific and discussed with
Switzerland is an appealing location for a second home.
We have worked with a collection of publications including PORTFOLIO, Home Journal, Tatler Asia
and C.N.A. Throughout our retainer, we have and continue to achieve coverage - online and print
- across Singapore, Hong Kong and the Southeast Asia region with angles ranging from travel, real
estate investment and profiling some of Andermatt Swiss Alps’ Senior Management team.

Decathlon. Decathlon is the world's largest sports apparel and equipment retailer
Objectives
They looked to Ellerton & Co. to spearhead their communications in Asia, including the launch of
their newest and largest megastore in Singapore. They wanted to drive awareness surrounding
Decathlon in Singapore, the forthcoming launch of its flagship store, build long-term, sustained
coverage and maximise sales.
Results
Due to the sustained media coverage and digital marketing strategy, Decathlon’s new store took
almost SGD250,000 in sales (offline and online) in the first week-end, welcoming 40,000 visitors –
an Asia record.
Over 44 pieces of media coverage secured, including two separate full page features within Sin-
gapore’s Straits Times (the top newspaper), live Bloomberg interview as well as product place-
ments in SilverKris (the Singapore Airlines in-flight magazine), Motherhood Magazine and
Timeout among others.

Alpadis Group. Driving awareness for this fiduciary services provider
Objectives
Alpadis Group provide technology-enabled fiduciary services for corporate and private clients in
Europe and Asia. With offices in Switzerland, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Hong Kong, they
provide a range of services that allow companies to expand with confidence, and wealthy
individuals to know that their wealth is protected for them and the next generation. They required
full service public relations and marketing support to drive awareness of their services – both
corporate and private.
Results
Multi-pronged marketing approach included social media management that saw Alpadis Group
climb to over a 1,000 followers on LinkedIn. We also developed a range of animations articulating
their services that included wealth protection, Swiss Trusts and Asian expansion. Added to that
was ongoing, comprehensive media outreach that saw coverage across Asia.

Objectives
Orchard Road wanted a solution to their problem of plunging footfall due to the rise of
heartland malls & expensive parking. We were tasked to ideate a campaign that attracts visitors
to shop in Orchard.

Oliver Ellerton
Director
Oliver has lived and worked in Asia since January
2010, managing the marketing and communication
requirements for some of the largest brands in the
world. Oliver started off in Malaysia where he took on
the role of PR Manager for the prestigious luxury hotels
The Ritz-Carlton, Kuala Lumpur and JW Marriott Kuala
Lumpur, managing the marketing communications for
both hotels for almost three years. After stints in Indonesia
and The Philippines.
Oliver arrived in Singapore to work with FleishmanHil-
lard, before setting up his own consultancy.
Michael’s career has spanned both journalism and PR.
He started his career as a journalist, writing for some of the
region’s leading tech publications including VentureBeat
(Mark Zuckerberg’s favourite tech blog) and
E27.
Michael covered some of the world’s leading start-ups,
learning to discern a good story from a bad one and
attracting millions of page views to his articles. He has also
written for major newspapers in Asia including the Hong
Kong’s South China Morning Post.
A strategic communications consultant by profession and
a storyteller by passion, Karishma has been a trusted
reputation advisor and brand custodian for technology,
FMCG and lifestyle clients across Asia for close to 9
years.
While following her passion for social impact campaigns,
Karishma crafted the Ivory Lane jewelry brand story for
WWF in Singapore and ignited conversations
on illegal wildlife trade.
Charlotte Ma
Account Manager
Charlotte is a public relations and communications
professional with five years of experience. As the Account
Manager at Ellerton & Co., she supports her team with
strategic client counsel, content development, media
pitching, along with many other PR activities.
Her public relations career began in the regional office of
Louis Vuitton, where she organised press events and
navigated PR opportunities for 11 markets across South
Asia. Since then, Charlotte has accumulated experience
through in-house and consultancy firms, where she
delivered campaigns for brands in cybersecurity, consumer
technology and lifestyle, healthcare, artificial intelligence,
recruitment and more.

Ashley Silitonga
Account Manager
Ashley is a public relations professional with over four
years of experience profiling personalities, products
and businesses, and helping clients raise brand
awareness in the local and regional media. At Ellerton
& Co., she supports her senior colleagues, helping
them draft PR materials and social media copy, as well
as manage media relations and secure coverage for
accounts in the corporate, tech and hospitality sectors.
She was also a freelancer copy creator for boutique
fashion labels, helping them create content copy for
their social media that reflected the respective brand
personalities.
A fluent Chinese speaker, Shannon is a recent graduate
from University of London with a BSc in International
Relations.
During her studies she interned with Omnicom Public
Relations and worked on a number of B2B tech clients,
managing regional media and facilitating speaking
opportunities for senior tech executives.
At Ellerton & Co., Shannon will be continuing her PR
journey in tech, finance and other sectors.

Amos Yong
Digital and Social Media Executive
Amos is the Digital and Social Media Executive at Ellerton
& Co., managing social media strategies and execution for
clients and the company. Passionate about all things
technology, Amos graduated from RMIT University and
has worked as an Audio Technician and Engineer (he is a
certified sound engineer) during his university days before
entering the world of Public Relations.
Amos manages all aspects of social media for clients,
ranging from developing copy to designing and creating
static creatives and animations, to video content and
managing advertising campaigns.
Jade Hoang
Senior Account Executive
Jade possesses a diverse skill set in communications
and marketing. She has executed branding campaigns
across multiple channels, including PR, social media,
email, and online/offline events. Over the past four
years, Jade has successfully navigated the Vietnamese
media landscape, resulting in extensive coverage within
the real estate, finance, and healthcare industries.
With expertise in integrated marketing communications,
she aims to deliver synchronized and comprehensive
initiatives that help businesses maximize their

Alicia Laszewski

Alicia is Ellerton & Co.’s partner in the United States
and is the main point of contact for our clients in the USA
through her agency, Brand Ethos, serving as the
outsourced Chief Marketing Officer for companies
looking to grow and scale.
Alicia served for over nine years as the Vice President
of Marketing, communications, and Recruitment for
PRC, a global contact centre provider and was a key
member of the team that sold the company to Barry
Diller’s USA Interactive, Corp. in 2000. Alicia was also
on the founding team of Extended Stay America, Inc.
where she served as the National Marketing Manager
for the hotel chain.

Matthew Lu
Head of Digital Design
Matthew handles all digital marketing, design and creative
work, designing and developing websites, social media
content, collaterals, social media management
and more.
Matthew has over a decade’s experience in brand
retail and distribution and has deep experience building
brands and expanding into Southeast Asia. While General
Manager at Key Power International he developed the
brand architecture from scratch, creating a responsive e-
commerce platform localised to each international market
that the company grew in to.
Claire Tran
Graphic Design and Social Media Intern
Claire spent a couple of years living in Melbourne where
she graduated from RMIT University with BSc in
Communications (Advertising) and a Diploma in Multimedia
Graphic Design. She worked as a communications
executive before pursuing her passion for creative industry.
As the Graphic Design and Social Media Intern at Ellerton
& Co., Claire hopes to expand her knowledge and support
her team from graphic design and video animations to
creative copywriting.
Michelle Bui
Account Coordinator
Vietnamese-born and raised, Michelle spent a couple of
years living in Kuala Lumpur and recently graduated with
a BA (Hons) in Communication from Sunway University.
Throughout her studies, she gained extensive
experience working in the PR and marketing field
through internships and freelancing, assisting a diverse
range of clients ranging from start-ups and SMEs to
MNCs specialising in tech, business, and healthcare,
conveying stories that make it into the news.
While Michelle is familiar with media trends in both
Vietnam and Malaysia, she hopes to broaden her

We have worked with organisations of varying sizes including start-ups and SMEs to some of the largest multinationals in the world.

Turning encounters into innovation Objectives Sansan engaged Ellerton & Co. in 2019 to support their brand building efforts in Singapore and Southeast Asia, which was challenging having originally been founded in Japan and therefore relatively unknown internationally. The PR support was primarily aimed at driving new business leads and growing Sansan’s regional market, led by the Regional CEO Edward Senju. When we started working with the company, they were still private and had not yet IPO’d (now they are listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange and worth billions of dollars). Results Having worked with Sansan for two years, Ellerton & Co. has delivered exceptional PR results, securing coverage in tier-1 global media such as Bloomberg, CNBC, The Economist, BBC, and more. We have supported their business objectives of driving up interest in the brand among prospective clients who have reached out to Sansan after seeing coverage. Identifying interesting story angles that achieve cut through with editors, including executive profiling that helps to add colour and humanise the brand, has been key to our success.   • 5. Case Studies. Sportradar. Positioning Sportradar as a sports data and technology pioneer Objectives E&C was tasked with raising the profile of Sportradar in Asia and spotlighting their unique capabilities and offerings for stakeholders in the sports ecosystem. E&C advised them as a run up to the company’s NASDAQ IPO this year, and since then has focused on positioning them as thought leaders and torch bearers in the industry. Results E&C has supported Sportradar by driving visibility in leading media outlets in Southeast Asia as well as Asia including in CNBC, South China Morning Post, and global sports trade media like the Sport Business. We formulated a comprehensive long term PR strategy and workplan, focused on delivering impactful coverage, thought leadership platforms and nurtured media relationships. We announced partnerships with the likes of UEFA, ICC, NBA and others – but most importantly told multiple creative stories in data, technology, marketing and other areas maintaining a steady drumbeat of coverage.
  • 6. FAT Projects. One of Southeast Asia’s first SPACS to IPO on the Nasdaq Objectives FAT Projects planned to list a SPAC on the Nasdaq stock exchange in the US, becoming one of the first to do so in Singapore and Southeast Asia’s. To drum up institutional interest and awareness around the listing, as well as the pedigree of their founders and advisory team, they engaged Ellerton & Co. to help with comms efforts in the lead up to (and during) the IPO. Singapore’s first government backed blockchain accelerator and deep tech community Objectives Tribe wanted to make blockchain a part of mainstream conversations and needed a PR partner to help with their storytelling. The goal was to elevate PR efforts beyond press releases and partnership announcements. Results We crafted a corporate communications strategy under which we defined several PR intervention points and leveraged a mix of tools like op-eds, exclusive interviews, topical media pitches, indus- try commentaries amongst others. Putting a spotlight on the technology enabler of the crypto ecosystem Objectives With a decade of expertise in forex markets, Broctagon was now turning towards the crypto markets and wanted to fuel its business efforts by hiring a PR firm. We partnered with them to help position them as a voice of authority in the fintech space. Results E&C formulated a PR plan that focused on developing media relationships and delivering high quality coverage in media outlets like the Straits Times, Forkast, The Asset amongst others. We raised their share of voice by enabling their participation in topical industry commentaries and standalone large format stories. We looked to position them as not just a backup tech providers for the crypto exchanges but as a player looking to solve critical issues in the crypto space. The world-renowned hospitality management university with campuses in Switzerland and Singapore Objectives This year, EHL opened their first international campus in Singapore. Our objective was to increase awareness and intrigue for the world renowned hospitality university in Singapore, Hong Kong and the wider region. As well as announcing news by disseminating press releases, Ellerton & Co profiled members of the Senior Management team of EHL Campus (Singapore) and the umbrella EHL Group. We also profiled EHL alumni and students to publications in order to communicate EHL’s success stories and thought leadership pieces on the education and hospitality space. Results Over the last year, Ellerton & Company have achieved a variety of print, online and radio coverage for EHL within top-tier publications including The Business Times, Money FM, PORTFOLIO, C.N.A and The Edge. Having pitched a number of different angles - from education to hospitality insight and profiling - we continue to achieve coverage throughout the region. Decathlon is the world's largest sports apparel and equipment retailer Objectives They looked to Ellerton & Co. to spearhead their communications in Asia, including the launch of their newest and largest megastore in Singapore. They wanted to drive awareness surrounding Decathlon in Singapore, the forthcoming launch of its flagship store, build long-term, sustained coverage and maximise sales.
