 SUPERVISOR at TAPCO (Taweelah Asia Power Company) :
 ADYARD ABUDHABI,L.L.C. Company having a 7 years contracting with TAPCO, in

3.  TECHNICIAN at ADYARD (MAINTEANANCE OF LV,MV MOTORS )
 I am working as an Electrical Technician for ADYARD Maintenance work shop.
 In which I have gained a good knowledge in following Maintenance Techniques.
o Assembling & Dismantling Procedure of Motors inside Workshop.
o Machining Repair, End Cover Dimension, Balancing and testing of Motors.
o Greasing of Motors as per Data Sheets.
o Painting of Motors with quality checkup.
o Material Purchasing: Taking quotes for LV & HV motors materials parts (i.e.
bearings, winding wire chemical substances, oil seals etc.….) and checking the
availability of stock and dropping mail for Material Request for procurement
department to be follow up for materials.
 Repairing the Motor End covers by metal spraying, when the cover loose.
 TIR inspection for Journal. If the rotor shaft was bend & it was repaired by re-
stubbing method Process.
 Testing Solo Run for motors and having a note of vibration, Ampere, temperature on
DE & NDE Side.
 Preparing of Technical Reports of Low Voltage, Medium Voltage Motors & Generators
Coordinating with Clients and circulating all reports through mails.
 Planning and directing the work to technicians for assigning staff as per manager
instruction
 Supervising daily work and helping the team to complete the job in agreed timeline.
 Maintaining of all critical spare parts for motors and ensure the availability of stock &
its record in sheet.
