The Race to the Top (RTTT) fund rewards states and districts that have
demonstrated success in raising student achievement and have the
best plans to accelerate education reform and personalized learning.
RTTT is designed to encourage states and districts that are creating
the conditions for education innovation and reform and achieving
significant improvement in student outcomes, including closing
achievement gaps and improving high school graduation rates.
