EICG Business Development is a management consulting firm established in 2005 in Egypt with over 20 employees. It provides advisory services in management, finance, administration, and projects. It operates two business units for HR/training and financial consulting. The company assists both corporate and individual clients in Egypt and the MENA region to reach their goals through utilizing long experience in risk management, financial, and administrative services. It has a worldwide network through MSI to access expertise in many industries and countries.

9.  Mr El Shibini is the overall Business Development Partner of the
Group and has over twenty four years of experience working as
an ex-senior Partner for Price Waterhouse Coopers and prior to
that with Arthur Andersen in the Middle East
 He sits on the board of several bodies including the Egyptian
Foundation for Financial Directors, and is a member in several
specialized committees of the Arab Academy
 In addition to developing the overall firm’s policies and business
plans, he has direct supervision of all consulting assignments,
and corporate finance work

10.  Mr Salem is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a Masters
Degree in finance and accounting from Ohio University.
 Mr Salem was the partner in charge of advisory and integrated
planning and restructuring work with Ernst & Young – Egypt where he
provided valuable services to a prominent wide range of multinational
companies till 2001.
Mr Salem left E&Y to join the Gulf Arab Investment Company first as
CFO then CEO till 2005
 Mr Salem is the managing partner of EICG Business Development
