• Countries like the United States have prided themselves
as having an intelligent workforce. China has prided itself
for being a manufacturing powerhouse. With companies
like Google, Apple, and AliBaba, the United States and
China have made their mark in global business. We
believe the time is now for the Kingdom do the same.
It is with great enthusiasm that we introduce
the S.A.E.A. Workforce Development Program,
a ground-breaking initiative aimed to enhance
the value of the Saudi Arabian workforce. Too
many Saudi nationals are being undervalued,
underpaid, and overlooked by companies in favor
of expatriates. The focus of our initiative is to
understand the needs of the youth, businesses both
public and private, and develop its Saudi Arabian
workforce; ensuring a bright future, raising the
demand and employability nationally, as well as
globally for Saudi Arabians.
