Mr. Ashley Patel is a member of the Institute of England and Wales University since 1982. For
over 25 years, his experience has ranged from investment banking to operational and
business consulting. During this period, he had worked at numerous positions as Chief
Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Financial Director and Corporate Controller with
Lehman Brothers, S&R International, and KPMG etc. mainly in U.S., U.K., Europe and India.
His background includes considerable expertise in private equity and venture capital
transactions, management buy-outs and M&A. In addition, Ashley has extensive experience in

service/ businesses.
During his professional experience, he was actively involved in funding, setting up an IPO and
AIM listing for various UK, Europe, India & USA based mining, infrastructure, pharmaceuticals,
telecom and other corporate entities.
His experience includes closely monitoring of finance, accounting, funding and other regulatory
environment of India. He has also involved in conversion of IGAAP to IFRS financial
statements.
Further, he has continuously supervised the management of treasury and hedge (including
forex, options, futures, money market etc.) related transactions of the Company.
