high threat region including period of Civil Unrest in the Kingdom of Bahrain coinciding with the
“Arab Spring.”
3 Produced two Marriott President’s Awards winners, two Loss Prevention Employees of the Year
at The Ritz-Carlton, Bahrain Hotel & Spa, one Loss Prevention Regional Supervisor of the Year

1 Trained three Directors of Loss Prevention in Bahrain, Oman and Saudi Arabia regarding roles
and responsibilities.
2 Established and developed training programs for hotel staff to attain Loss Prevention, Manager on
Duty, and Fire Brigade certifications with six Marriott or Ritz-Carlton properties.
3 Developed and implemented training program which enabled candidates to pass the New York
City Fire Safety Director’s course while with The Ritz-Carlton Battery Park, RIHGA Royal Hotel,
Battery Park Hotel, Hotel Intercontinental NY, and the Plaza Hotel.
4 Conducted emergency drills and tests of the crisis management plan with the Royal Omani Police
Crisis Management Center, Ministry of Interior - Kingdom of Bahrain, White Plains Department
of Public Safety, and New York City Police and Fire Departments.
5 Established training programs and procedures for Heads of States, dignitary and high profile VIP
visits,
6 Developed, planned, and successfully coordinated two major unit exercises with the Fifth
Battalion, Berlin Brigade in preparation for the ARTEP (Army Training and Evaluation Program).
The exercises are conducted annually to evaluate the unit’s readiness and capability to perform its
combat missions.

1 Conducted risk analysis of Al Bustan Palace, A Ritz-Carlton Hotel, The Ritz-Carlton, Bahrain

that addressed safety issues and general liability to reduce workplace accidents and ensure
compliance with respective laws and regulations.
2 Conducted site survey and product testing to procure the most suitable safety and security
equipment for The Ritz-Carlton, Bahrain Hotel & Spa, The Ritz-Carlton, Westchester and the
Hotel Intercontinental-NYC.
3 Conducted site surveys with the Royal Omani Police, Ministry of Interior - Kingdom of Bahrain,
and the White Plains Department of Public Safety to identify possible threats and scenarios at Al
Bustan Palace, A Ritz-Carlton Hotel, The Ritz-Carlton, Bahrain Hotel & Spa and The Ritz-
Carlton, Westchester that resulted in improved planning and procedures for emergency
responders.

German Unification, The Growth of the South Korean Economy – Influence and Strategy of the
