- SURF Subsea; Aug 1, 2014-Apr 3, 2015; Business Development/Operations Manager
-As Business Developer gained access to bid in jobs with several clients to include Exxon, as
well as developed proposals for 15 other bids, currently in negotiations.
-Projects managed include a 1 year project exceeding approximately $14 million in revenue.
-Acting as Operations/Project Manager of dry dock of Vessel refit/repair in excess of $6 million,
ensuring all certifications/documents are maintained for objective quality evidence; AUV
Recovery at 1800fsw; Well Head Adaptor recovery at 2800fsw; Overseeing 2 HD ROV’s
certified to 3000msw and operations crew for OSV ship for light construction, IMR, PNA, as well
as other services.
- US Navy, NRD Houston; Aug 1, 2012-Aug 1, 2014; Medical Officer Recruiter
- Medical Officer Recruiter at NRD Houston increasing production from ranking 13th of 13
offices in recruiting, to ranked 7th in Medical Recruitment for large District performance while
loosing 3 of the 6 Medical Officer Recruiters due to fleet operational needs.
-Additionally contributed to the success in Special Operations recruitment while not actually
assigned in order to assist a critical need for the Navy.
- US Navy, Naval Diving Salvage Training Center, Aug 1, 2009-Aug 1, 2012; Master Chief
-Performing as Senior Enlisted Advisor for Naval Diving and Salvage Training Center, was
responsible for the execution of operations, training, and administration of the unit within the
coordinated budget constraints and guidance provided by executives.
-Coordinating multiple forces, providing guidance for junior and senior staff to provide direction
to keep operations on schedule and on budget of less than $2 million dollars per year for over
100 staff and 1000 students per year for 1.5 years while concurrently running other divisions.
-Acted as Senior Medical Department Representative, providing primary care as well as liaison
for service members of all branches and their families over 1.5 year period.
-Ensured medical/dental readiness of all staff and students assigned, increasing readiness from
below 70% deployable status to a 92% or greater readiness assessment while ensuring
command Medical Readiness Inspection received zero discrepancies.
-Liaising between multiple services, Tricare Insurance carrier, and local Medical Treatment
facilities with great ease, prevented significant loss of staff or student availability as well as
preventing loss of life in several instances.
-As Enlisted Technical Leader for all Navy Diving Hospital Corpsman, successfully managed 6
curriculums while updating 2 to current standards, developing policy now in use to qualify over
400 personnel in qualifications based on needs of other fleet manager’s requirements ensuring
courses were current while providing proper production of 1400 students per year and earning
college accreditation through ACE over 3 year period.
- As the Specialized Diving Divisional leader, scheduled, budgeted, and coordinated 35 staff
and 128 civilian, and joint force staff in order to train over 1400 personnel through over 20,000
hours of high risk diving operations with only 1 minor accident in 2 years.
-During this same time frame trained and qualified 12 new diving supervisors, 17 new
instructors, 8 Master training specialist, which involved the coordination of 4 training teams, 2
ships, 6 small craft and arrangements from local authorities for needed operations.
- US Navy, Submarine Development Squadron 5; Sept 10, 2005-Aug 1, 2009; Senior Chief
-Dive Team Leader for CSDG-5, planned, budgeted for and coordinated 4 research and
development dives with Naval Experimental Diving Unit, Aquarius diving platforms, and NASA
as well as acting as Diving Team Leader for 4 other research projects accounting for over 2
years of cumulative research by Navy, Colleges and NASA researchers.
-Leading Chief Petty Officer for Detachment over 3 training cycles and 3 deployments with
National Assets in hostile conditions vital to national security.
-Assistant Security Manager for TS-SCI Detachment over entire period with 2 turnovers to other
agencies with zero discrepancies in inspections prior to turnover.
- US Navy, Submarine Development Group 1; Jul 1, 2000-Aug 1, 2005; Chief Petty Officer
-During tenure as junior manager assisted with planning and completion of 3 million dollar
overhaul including all needed HP gas systems, Hydraulics, electrical repairs and Quality

  • 2. - As the Specialized Diving Divisional leader, scheduled, budgeted, and coordinated 35 staff and 128 civilian, and joint force staff in order to train over 1400 personnel through over 20,000 hours of high risk diving operations with only 1 minor accident in 2 years. -During this same time frame trained and qualified 12 new diving supervisors, 17 new instructors, 8 Master training specialist, which involved the coordination of 4 training teams, 2 ships, 6 small craft and arrangements from local authorities for needed operations. - US Navy, Submarine Development Squadron 5; Sept 10, 2005-Aug 1, 2009; Senior Chief -Dive Team Leader for CSDG-5, planned, budgeted for and coordinated 4 research and development dives with Naval Experimental Diving Unit, Aquarius diving platforms, and NASA as well as acting as Diving Team Leader for 4 other research projects accounting for over 2 years of cumulative research by Navy, Colleges and NASA researchers. -Leading Chief Petty Officer for Detachment over 3 training cycles and 3 deployments with National Assets in hostile conditions vital to national security. -Assistant Security Manager for TS-SCI Detachment over entire period with 2 turnovers to other agencies with zero discrepancies in inspections prior to turnover. - US Navy, Submarine Development Group 1; Jul 1, 2000-Aug 1, 2005; Chief Petty Officer -During tenure as junior manager assisted with planning and completion of 3 million dollar overhaul including all needed HP gas systems, Hydraulics, electrical repairs and Quality Assurance on critical life support systems aboard platforms for the Navy with zero discrepancies, ensuring the continued success and deployment of Naval Assets through multiple deployments essential to National Security. -Leading Chief Petty Officer of Medical/Safety for Detachment through 4 training, inspection, and deployment cycles to hostile territory with no discrepancies, loss of work, or damaged equipment. -Administrative, logistical, and planning assistant for the executive leadership in presentations to various agencies, and government officials for Mission Briefings, and debriefings.
