What are our experts trying to do? They are not e-learning geniuses! They are people who use and interact with the SLE everyday Working at ground level with academic and support staff so know their stuff! Aims: To engage and work with staff throughout the schools to create exempla blended learning courses. Training Curriculum Design Champion the use of the SLE Recognise and support their schools strategic vision
Lessons Learnt: The Good, The Bad and the Indifferent! The Good Academic staff are engaging and excited. Core Experts are a voice for schools Course Revamp Creating new relationships Shared experiences We are all in this together! The Bad Mainly around change Resistance due to bad Vista experience Protecting change adopters. Avoiding repetitive patterns. Managing expectations Time scales of different projects
