The document describes the process of finalizing a contents page for a magazine. It details how the author drafted text for an editor's cut, edited a photo by cutting themselves out and setting the background to white, added a scanned signature, included the magazine title next to the page number, adjusted the layout and coloring of a sticker, and added footer text to encourage readers to look inside the magazine.
1. EDITORS CUT AND
FINAL TOUCHES
I will go throught he stages that I took to finish off my contents page
2. TEXT FOR EDITORS CUT
I drafted the text on my phone in
the style I had seen in other editors
cuts and changed it slightly when it
came to putting it up on my contents
page to make the wording more
appropriate
3. PICTURE
All I did to edit the picture was cut
myself out using the “Quick Selection
tool” then all I did was set the
background to white and cut the picture
out using the “polygonal lasso tool” to
make straight lines which makes it look
like the image had been cut out with
scissors.
4. SIGNATURE
This stage was similar to the
last, all I did was take a picture
of my siniture on a piece of
paper and use the “Quick
Selection” tool to cut it out
5. PAGE NUMBER
For my page number I thought it would
be a good idea to put the title of the
magazine next to the number to add a good
unified house style to my magazine and tie
all the pages in nicely.

6. FINISHING TOUCHES
Lastly I thought that the layout of the sticker wasn’t right so I
altered it to the way I felt looked best because I wasn't happy with the
colouring and placing of it before.
7. FOOTER
For the footer I didn’t know how to fill the space and did not plan
for it but I thought that “Turn over and see what else we have to
offer” might entice the reader to look inside the magazine
