Saved about Php 3 Million pesos in handling the project of Shared Services
construction by introducing to the Global Director of Shared Services to
implement bidding system to leverage the cost.
Handled the importation of equipment by acquiring PEZA clearance and
coordinating with custom brokers for the release of shipment.
Named “Mac Gyver” by the management team and co-employees in solving the
problems quickly using different techniques.
Able to add 206 workstations from the existing set-up through efficient, space
planning thus created around Php 15.5M per month additional company
income.
Saved about Php 4M up to this date due to teams effort in doing in-house
projects than to get a contractor to do the minor projects such as office build-out
and data port installation.

2200 workstations in Wynsum building, one whole floor in Taipan building for
Corporate and Finance office, HR and training rooms, Half floor in Centerpoint
building for recruitment, half floor in Prestige Tower for 6 training rooms and
half floor in Orient building for another 6 training rooms. Keep the facility clean,
safe and secured environment. Responsible for the maintenance, repair and
replenishing of all office equipment and peripherals. Review contracts for
space rental, janitorial, security guard, printers and equipment maintenance.
Managed 5 Facilities staff, 41 Janitors and 33 Security Guards, for
the maintenance and security of the whole office.
Implemented all security policy in all facilities and policies specified
by the client to every account with the new PCI compliance required

Managed in the negotiation on the purchase of equipment for expansion
worth millions with a view to efficiency and cost saving.

Headed the team that constructed the first ever via satellite
transmission based wide-area paging system in the Philippines just in 4
months. Do the network planning, coverage prediction, site selection and
acquisition, radio base station design, installation of equipment,
implementation of the operation and efficient maintenance for continuous
operation.

Managed traffic analysis for incoming calls versus the number of
operators attending the calls; and recommended solutions to
enhance service quality, to minimize blocking, and to maximize
channel utilization resulting the cost savings of P100,000 per
month by disconnecting extra telephone lines (E1).
Initiated the migration of satellite from Palapa to Agila II resulting
in the cost savings of 50,000 per month rental.
Handled transfer of New Paging Operation Center that considered
the location, area size, equipment transfer, data cabling, civil
works, resulted in a lower operation cost from P800,000 to
P300,000 per month.
Handled expansion of New Operation Center that can
accommodate 1500 agents. Evaluated the equipments needed
like generator, UPS, Air Condition unit, etc. Made the layout of
equipment room, agent stations, voice and data cables and
electrical connections.
